I'd like to express my gratitude to Luke for his role in solving our rat problem. Also his understanding on how much of a headache it can be to solve this problem. All the advise he gave helped us find where the rats were gaining entry into our property. Unfortunately for us it was a drainage issue. Luke recommended a drain surveyor and we discovered two redundant pipes that weren't fully sealed. We got those sealed off and have been clear ever since. I cannot rate Luke highly enough. I called quite panicked with what i thought was a wasp nest in the loft. He came round promptly and on time, was highly knowledgeable, polite, friendly and efficient. I would 100% recommend Luke. He is very much more a personal service and genuinely local rather than one of these big firms that pretend to be local by using their website name tailored to your town but are in fact huge and impersonal. If i have any further problems Luke would be the only one i would call.
