I can’t thank Nick enough. He came out to look at what we thought was woodworm and was very honest and told us it wasn’t and treatment was not needed. His communication was great over the phone and by email - very kind and reassuring. Very flexible around my work schedule for when he came to inspect. Really reassuring to have his expert opinion and appreciate him traveling to us in Brighton to investigate the room.
