Dean spent more time on one room of our flat than the other company did on the whole house! Didn't have to chase them to come back and feel way more confident of the procedure than before
Very professional and knowledgable. Also really reassuring in answering all my questions. I felt very secure that the poison had been applied safely (I have a baby and a toddler), and Dean was very polite and mindful of the baby while he was working! He did a full proofing job as well which was extremely thorough.
