We had an issue with mice in some of the flats in our student accommodation and have been using Mr Sani’s services to treat the areas and get rid of the pests. I am not exaggerating when I say we will never use anyone else’s services but Mr Sani and I couldn’t recommend him enough. He is able to make time for any job requested even with the shortest of notice, and the quality of his work is excellent, we never get any pests returning after Mr Sani has treated the area, his service is unmatched!

Sani is great - he came over when we originally saw some mice, and he was great got everything sorted for us. He came out on an emergency visit on a Sunday for us and is a lovely guy, great experience - couldn’t ask for a better service! Thanks very much.

I cannot recommend Sani enough. He treated our house for fleas. He is highly knowledgable and efficient. He returned for a final visit at no extra cost and said to call if any more problems. No need for form filling and waiting for call backs. Just friendly, easy and professional !

I cannot recommend Simply the pest enough, Lee and Joe have both been so professional, kind and considerate to my elderly mum who had a very persistent rat in her house, nothing has been to much trouble for them, they have come out several times and very promptly, they have gone above and beyond to make her feel confident in what they have done and they are so reasonable with their prices. I rang this morning to get a quote for an issue with maggots! I had rang round a load of other company’s and had been quoted roughly £200. Joseph was personable, honest, gave me advice on how to deal with it and said that no spray or product could actually get rid of this issue. That other companies will potentially rip me off for a lot of money! He told me the things I could do in order to wait it out. And he has saved me a lot of money! He said he would send someone out next week if we still had the issue. What incredible service! Thank you!

Incredible service from Joe and Ben ! We called many different pest companies to help us get rid of our pigeon problem. Simply the pest were by far the most professional, competent and reasonably priced. They built us a net on our rooftop to keep the pigeons out. I was so impressed by how well thought through it was and how good it looks!! They went above what was expected to make sure we were happy and nothing was too much trouble. Best trade company I’ve ever dealt with. Can’t recommend enough!!!!

Mark and his team were very helpful. All our questions were answered. The email sent in advance was very useful with lots of information. Having done lots of research their prices were very reasonable and their admin / invoicing was slick and efficient . No one likes spending money on pest control, but I can’t fault the pestgone team. Liam came to do the first of three moth treatments in my home. He was punctual, polite and extremely helpful in moving some heavy furniture so I could get behind it to vacuum (which he later put back exactly as it was). It was clear he was experienced in the work - he was very helpful and informative about the treatment and what would be most effective. I trusted that he would do a good and thorough job and was very pleased to get a link to about 20 photos he had taken of him treating my flat in all its nooks and crannies. I have another two treatments in a couple of weeks - I hope Liam returns and I hope to be able to give another 5 stars.

We had Eriye come to the house and he was extremely helpful and had our problem cleared up so quickly. And all the team in the office were so efficient and quick to respond to our queries. Would absolutely recommend.

I had Environ pest control come out to rat proof my house. I have to say, since their visit which was more than 3 weeks ago, I haven't seen any signs of rats on my property! One of a kind service. They talked me through the whole process of rat proofing and gave me reassurance all the way through. I highly recommend Environ Pest Control!

I contacted Jake from Spain after we discovered bed bugs in our holiday villa. Jake was very professional and responded promptly to my panicked messages. His service was good value and well-run and - from what I can tell - did the job to ensure we didn’t bring back bed bugs from our holiday. Would definitely use again (but I hope we don’t have to!)

If youre looking at this review, you've probably got Bed Bugs. I feel your pain!! But i can 100% say that you will not regret using Jake at Bed Bug Heat Treatment. We used a different company 1st and the Bed bugs were still crawling up the walls and we had to get a refund through the credit card. The experience with Jake was a million times different, from initial phone call, right the way through to post Treatment communication, he was excellent. The equipment he came with clearly meant business and he kept us up to date throughout the Treatment with videos of what he was doing which gave us confidence. Our home was still very hot when we arrived back home and no bugs to be seen. The relief was amazing. We did find one solitary bug a couple weeks later and Jake again was great and came back out and sprayed the bedroom again to provide extra protection. We honestly can't thank Jake enough, we now have our lives back, we just wish we had found him first
