Resolved the problem I was having with Grey Squirrels I contacted a few companies and Integrum quotes a realistic price, outlining precisely the service they provide. Arranging the appointment online and providing a curtesy text message just prior to any visit. James who was my assigned to conduct the work was friendly, had a kind manner and was happy to explain the process and practice he would be conducting. On the final visit a squirrel was caught in an open trap, which was put in place following the second visit when nothing had been caught. Squirrel problem dealt with.

Kept us informed all the way through the process, sent a text, notify they were running late, explained what work was being done. Work done in a professional manner and cleared up when finished Very happy with the work and are our furry friends love it

Imagine my horror when I found mouse droppings in my kitchen. I am so glad I used Indigo as they are wonderful. This simply super young man called Luke visited. He knew exactly what to do, laid poison and three visits later the mice have gone. He was able to work out where they were coming in and blocked up their entrance. Luke was fantastic and his mother should be very proud of him. A lovely person and in my eyes his employer should be glad to have him representing his company. I can not recommend this company more highly.

Had a rat fall into my enclosed basement garden and get trapped. Phoned them up after googling, the call handler explained the process and quoted a fair price. I discovered a wasp nest on Friday evening, contacted Indigo at the weekend - received a prompt reply and by Tuesday afternoon (my choice of slot) everything had been sorted. The technician was on time, polite, friendly, informative and extremely efficient. He made sure that we (and our cat) were safe and left the site tidier than it was when he arrived. Extremely impressed and will definitely use Indigo again.

If you have any pest lurking around...London Pest Solutions is the best company to call. I lived in a poorly maintained rental accommodation where the landlord was extremely unhelpful and due to his poorly structured property I had two pest issues. My landlord provided me the number for London Pest Solutions as I had two rats in the property. This of course is distressing and at the time I did not think there was anyway I would get rid of them and if I did it would take a long time as when I was a child we had this issue and used a well known company that could not get rid of them quickly. I first met Alex when he came to take a look and literally within a week we didn't have the problem. I then incurred a second issue which was cockroaches which then breeder really quickly and were everywhere. Alex attended again and within a few days they all disappeared. I then recommended his services to family and friends and my mum used his services for red ants. I have now moved and kept his number and this morning I found drain moth larvae and as I did not know what it was I called Alex in the morning sent him the picture and he said he could be with me within a couple of hours. Alex is always professional and me being so frightened of any pests I will only ever rely on his services because he has always managed to get the job done and quickly. I would highly recommend his services to anyone experiencing this issue as it is the most distressing thing to have in your home and thanks to Alex i feel at ease as I have had the experience of his services before. He always prices reasonably and is the most polite person to come into your home. Will always use his services!

I cannot speak highly enough of Alex. He attended same day, and on time and was incredibly thorough in his work. He proofed my kitchen for mice and explained everything he did along the way. Liam came to do the first of three moth treatments in my home. He was punctual, polite and extremely helpful in moving some heavy furniture so I could get behind it to vacuum (which he later put back exactly as it was). It was clear he was experienced in the work - he was very helpful and informative about the treatment and what would be most effective. I trusted that he would do a good and thorough job and was very pleased to get a link to about 20 photos he had taken of him treating my flat in all its nooks and crannies. I have another two treatments in a couple of weeks - I hope Liam returns and I hope to be able to give another 5 stars.

Excellent service! I thank Frans for co-ordinating the work and the excellent and friendly pest control man Elijah who successfully disposed of the rodents on his second visit. He also recommend a rat blocker which I have had installed and will prevent future infestation. Environ were able to carry out works even when I was not in the premises.
