David was the best! He arrived within 15 minutes of my call, which was massively relieving as we had no peace knowing a rodent was about. He came and very patiently went through his checking procedures and thoroughly explained what the scenarios could be. He came on several occasions to double and triple check his work and the situation (he was more conscious and diligent than us!). A very calm and patient individual, which is extremely important with the stress these sorts of situations give! 10/10

Very helpful and understanding!! Prompt response!...i was really stressed about bed bugs and the previous company i called said they could not find anything.....and then i called lazer pest control. They were very professional and i got a same day appointment; they found an infestation and they carried out treatment on the day. Mohammed came to my flat at very short notice to deal with a mice problem we had. He was extremely thorough and explained what he was doing, putting my mind at ease. Mohammed responded to my enquiry super quickly and was round the same day. He quickly identified where the rats were getting in and recommended a drains survey (he can’t do this himself). He laid bait which got shot of the current rats and the drains survey subsequently showed the issue which we then had dealt with. He follows up after 3 weeks to check all was ok. Wouldn’t hesitate to use him again (but hopefully won’t have to!!!)
