Mark and his team were very helpful. All our questions were answered. The email sent in advance was very useful with lots of information. Having done lots of research their prices were very reasonable and their admin / invoicing was slick and efficient . No one likes spending money on pest control, but I can’t fault the pestgone team. They were knowledgeable, polite, arrived on time and explained all the treatment that was taking place.

There is not a better service than Mark. He was fantastic from start to finish and very thorough. He was able to make adjustments in terms of timings for me. I haven't had any activity at the house since he has come and he has given us a guarantee as well which is even more wonderful. I cannot recommend Saxon Pest Management highly enough! We first called Ahmed in an emergency situation and he earned himself a new contract with the service he provided on that first visit. He was thorough in his work and gave our staff advise on managing the situation and working to resolve it. Been having problems with pigeons roosting on our balcony laying eggs and fouling all over everything. Tried everything Amazon had to throw at them but nothing would work and keep them away. Oscar from OG pest control recently sorted out an issue with a rat in my flat. He responded very quickly and attended to assess the problem. He sealed the entrance point at the first visit, put down poison and put thoroughly assessed the situation. He then followed up to ensure I had no more issues and the problem had resolved. Oscar was wonderful and I can’t recommend his services highly enough. He was thorough and explained everything he was doing so I understood. He also quoted the best price of all the pest companies I contacted as well as offering the earliest appointment.

I rang this morning to get a quote for an issue with maggots! I had rang round a load of other company’s and had been quoted roughly £200. Joseph was personable, honest, gave me advice on how to deal with it and said that no spray or product could actually get rid of this issue. That other companies will potentially rip me off for a lot of money! He told me the things I could do in order to wait it out. And he has saved me a lot of money! He said he would send someone out next week if we still had the issue. What incredible service! Thank you!

Incredible service from Joe and Ben ! We called many different pest companies to help us get rid of our pigeon problem. Simply the pest were by far the most professional, competent and reasonably priced. They built us a net on our rooftop to keep the pigeons out. I was so impressed by how well thought through it was and how good it looks!! They went above what was expected to make sure we were happy and nothing was too much trouble.
