We had Eriye come to the house and he was extremely helpful and had our problem cleared up so quickly. And all the team in the office were so efficient and quick to respond to our queries. Would absolutely recommend.

Excellent service! I thank Frans for co-ordinating the work and the excellent and friendly pest control man Elijah who successfully disposed of the rodents on his second visit. He also recommend a rat blocker which I have had installed and will prevent future infestation. Environ were able to carry out works even when I was not in the premises. Wish I had consulted them years ago.

Liam came to do the first of three moth treatments in my home. He was punctual, polite and extremely helpful in moving some heavy furniture so I could get behind it to vacuum (which he later put back exactly as it was). It was clear he was experienced in the work - he was very helpful and informative about the treatment and what would be most effective. I trusted that he would do a good and thorough job and was very pleased to get a link to about 20 photos he had taken of him treating my flat in all its nooks and crannies. I have another two treatments in a couple of weeks - I hope Liam returns and I hope to be able to give another 5 stars.
