First time I have used Phil's services and hopefully not the last. I would be happy to use him again and to recommend him to others. I found him to be very knowledgeable and experienced, friendly and helpful and also very quick and efficient. He was also the most neat and tidy workman I have ever had in the house! Usually I have to spend some time clearing up after a job has been finished but Phil cleared up brilliantly and took all the detritus away with him.

Mathew was very thorough in his work. He had to correct mistakes made by previous workman which had been left in a dangerous manner could have been electrocuted or a fire. Mathew was extremely helpful and explained everything in detail. I was very impressed by his work. I am now confident that the property is safe. Mathew is also very polite and friendly. Matthew came to our rescue when we moved into our new home and helped us hugely in nearly all rooms. He came over to go through all of the electrics in the home and then advised us as needed on the best options for the lighting that we required. He helped to resolve our fan in the bathroom and changed many of the old spotlights to a better energy saving option. Matthew was brilliant from start to end and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone. We will certainly call him back if we have any other difficulties in the future.

Matthew did a great job and we would not hesitate to recommend him to others. He is intelligent, thorough, meticulous, and helpful. He listens and communicates well. He did a lot of complicated work for us over 4.5 days including rewiring, installing a new consumer unit, connecting underfloor heating, and making everything safe. Matt did a fantastic job for us when our kitchen circuits started tripping. Even though it was his planned day, off, he spent the day with us isolating all the possible options, explaining in layman's terms what he was doing at each step, fixing up problems with external plugs and internal wiring that was arcing through a small dishwasher leak he discovered, and also addressing potential problems with the RCD fuseboard on a return trip. I have no hesitation in recommending Matt and Embassy Electrics, both for the quality of work and for the calm professionalism with which it is carried out.

Tom did such a great job changing our automatic bathroom lights to normal ones and put in an extractor fan. Very professional service, easy to communicate with and someone who can be trusted to do the work properly and to a very high standard. Great value for money. James came over and assessed the work we needed doing, and gave a very reasonable quote as compared to some other local electricians. He also went above and beyond the original ask, and quoted to change our thermostat system over to a Nest, which we asked to add on. The work was carried out efficiently, and he also managed to draft in a plumber at short notice for a small cylinder crisis very effectively as well. Went to see the guys at All Electric with a planned idea of what I needed for under shelf lighting. Explained that plan and they could not have been more helpful coming up with an alternative, better, and cheaper option which I purchased and installed. Could not be happier with the end result. What a pleasure to deal with a company you can call up and get impartial advice from experienced staff. Buying a replacement washing machine is something we only do a few times in our lives and with help from the staff I was confident I was buying a machine correct for my application and quite unusual installation. First class service from iTech Electrical Group from the minute Laura answered the phone. In urgent need of an electrician because the power in our house had completely shut down, I started making my way through check-a-trade. After calling a couple of companies who were unable to get out to us any time soon I found iTech. Laura was knowledgeable and professional whilst being friendly and reassuring and pulled out all the stops to get an electrician out to us at 8am the next morning. John arrived a couple of minutes early, within half an hour he had identified the problem and 20 minutes later our power was back on and he was packing up to move onto his next job.
