Phil and his colleague were the epitome of professionalism when he fitted my PIV. He came and inspected the job before starting to make sure everything was in place (unlike others who asked me to send a photo) and on the day installed the equipment, set it all up and showed me the controls and how to use them. Dust sheets and vacuuming as he went along. A perfect job and very happy to recommend him and will definitely be doing so. Thank you for your help.

Phil and his colleague did a brilliant job for us! They removed two old kitchen lights on bars and fitted spotlights in the ceiling.They were very knowledgable about the job, punctual, worked quickly and efficiently and were clean and tidy. The price was exactly as quoted and very reasonable. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend to others needing experienced electricians.

First time I have used Phil's services and hopefully not the last. I would be happy to use him again and to recommend him to others. I found him to be very knowledgeable and experienced, friendly and helpful and also very quick and efficient. He was also the most neat and tidy workman I have ever had in the house! Usually I have to spend some time clearing up after a job has been finished but Phil cleared up brilliantly and took all the detritus away with him.

Kevin and John have worked on 2 properties I have extended over the last couple of years and on both occasions have gone the extra mile and exceeded expectations. Kev did a great job fitting all of the electrics in our small extension. He also gave us best advice and replaced our outdated distribution board. This kept us in line with all of the current regulations and future proofed us for potential electric car charging etc. The new board should also make things more straight forward should we sell our house anytime soon. We needed our main consumer unit to be upgraded to accommodate some additional electrical circuits for a loft conversion. It was in a small tight corner in a cupboard and clearly a challenging job. Other electricians looked at the job with much teeth sucking and head shaking but Andy from Nicholas Electrical was happy to take on the task and provided a very competitive quote. On the day he was tidy, friendly and respectful of our property whilst performing the work. The job was done in good time to a very high standard. The supporting testing certificates were provided soon after. All in all a faultless job performed by a highly knowledgeable professional who certainly appears to be more interested in exceeding customer expectations than making money. Thoroughly recommended.

We recently had a Zappi EV Home Charger installed by Andrew. I was expecting this to take a month or more with the approvals required. Not so, it only took a couple of weeks. He was on time for the site visit and the installation day, and the work was very tidy.

The work was to install some ceiling downlighters to a bedroom and to enhance the control of three sets of outside lights. Josh arrived as arranged and I used his advice and experience on the best placement of the ceiling lights so that we can use it as a bedroom or an office. The area was sheeted up to contain the dust of overhead drilling and afterwards thoroughly vacuumed and left clean. The outside lights required investigation to establish the existing wiring and working out how to make the adjustment I was after without compromising the flexibility of the existing controls. The work in both areas was completed quickly and efficiently, with minimum disruption, and all the usual off cuts of wire cleared away and the areas left in a clean and tidy state. I have no hesitation in recommending Magnum Electrical - this is the third time I have used them.

Ron briefed Oz in detail on the job and trusted him to get on with it, frest to see this trust between a manager and their staff.
