I contacted JCG Electrical Services to help with an issue within my home, Jake replied quickly and was very knowledgeable on the issue. Jake and the team were working on a much larger project in the area but still arranged for a member of the team to come and resolve the fault same day, I was incredibly grateful for this. Excellent service, thank you Jake and Dave.

Spoke with Jake to discuss and agree the work and Sam came to undertake the work. Sam was great explained what he was doing and then kept me updated throughout the job with his progress. Work completed as agreed and Sam cleaned up any mess and rubbish as well. I would not hesitate to recommend JCG Electrical great work and great value.

Jake has been brilliant throughout the duration of our project. His knowledge around garden lighting, where to position and which products to use was invaluable. The standard of his and his teams work is very very high. They are neat in their installations, clipping wires precisly, mounting lights in specific places as well. Jake also offered his advice but also listened to ours and that combined means he has delivered a great garden lighting project. He kept us informed at all stages along the way as well, so it was delivered on time. We can't thank Jake and his team enough. We too would highly recommend to anyone wanting someone with a lot of experience and expertise to help them bring an idea to fruition.

Baron and his team did a fantastic job installing outdoor lighting and sockets at my home. They were professional throughout and very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend for any electrical job!

Where do I start. Baron did all my electrics installation on my new house built from scratch. He is extremely professional, friendly, patient neat, tidy, great attention for details, uses his own initiative and really goes that extra mile to make his clients happy. He works in such an organised way that everything runs smoothly from beginning to end. Really takes care of your house and the surrounding. Treats everything with care. I dont know I cannot recommend him enough. This is the first project that Baron did in our house and it will not be the last. Phil and his colleague did a brilliant job for us! They removed two old kitchen lights on bars and fitted spotlights in the ceiling.They were very knowledgable about the job, punctual, worked quickly and efficiently and were clean and tidy. Phil and his colleague were the epitome of professionalism when he fitted my PIV. He came and inspected the job before starting to make sure everything was in place (unlike others who asked me to send a photo) and on the day installed the equipment, set it all up and showed me the controls and how to use them. Kevin and John have worked on 2 properties I have extended over the last couple of years and on both occasions have gone the extra mile and exceeded expectations. They are extremely knowledgeable and always on hand to answer questions and help with any decisions. Their work is extremely tidy and fairly priced, I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Kev did a great job fitting all of the electrics in our small extension. He also gave us best advice and replaced our outdated distribution board. This kept us in line with all of the current regulations and future proofed us for potential electric car charging etc. The new board should also make things more straight forward should we sell our house anytime soon. Kev had great communications throughout, was on time and on budget. No hesitation to recommend. 10/10

We had a full rewire of house with some lighting upgrades & future proofing. Very happy with estimated time for work (3 weeks) & high standard of it. House was left in a good state to redecorate where channels made in walls for light switches, plugs etc. Communication throughout was excellent.

Hayden recently did an excellent job replacing our consumer unit and getting electrics out to our garage. When we had a separate (and unrelated to the work he'd done) issue a few days later he came out at 4.30pm on a Friday and sorted it out for us. He's a lovely guy and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend him & will absolutely be using him for all of our electrical jobs moving forward!

Hayden and his team are excellent and I would highly recommend them. They’re swift in responding and their quotes are reasonable. They are thorough and careful. They always take care in your home and do a good job. And of course they’re really nice people so I’m very comfortable using them and leaving them to it.

From the outset Dune was 100% engaged providing advice over WhatsApp in the first instance and then coming out late in the evening to swap out a defective shower pull cord (melted switch!) and install an outside light. Dune was an absolute star! He offered advice over the phone and then once we realised it was a bigger issue he was straight over and fixed the problem we were having with one of the sockets tripping. We recently had a Zappi EV Home Charger installed by Andrew. I was expecting this to take a month or more with the approvals required. Not so, it only took a couple of weeks. He was on time for the site visit and the installation day, and the work was very tidy.

We needed our main consumer unit to be upgraded to accommodate some additional electrical circuits for a loft conversion. It was in a small tight corner in a cupboard and clearly a challenging job. Other electricians looked at the job with much teeth sucking and head shaking but Andy from Nicholas Electrical was happy to take on the task and provided a very competitive quote. On the day he was tidy, friendly and respectful of our property whilst performing the work. The job was done in good time to a very high standard. The supporting testing certificates were provided soon after. All in all a faultless job performed by a highly knowledgeable professional who certainly appears to be more interested in exceeding customer expectations than making money. Thoroughly recommended.

This was a tricky installation because it involved replacement of existing garden lights fitted 8 years ago which were faulty. The wiring was buried under the soil now entangled in roots. The guys did an excellent job over 2 days and the lights look amazing and work very easily via an app. The work was completed with minimal disruption to the established garden. I would recommend Nicholas Electrical and would definitely use the company again.

I use Magnum for all my electrical work. I’ve used many over the years being a house builder but these guys are by far the best in the business. The work was to install some ceiling downlighters to a bedroom and to enhance the control of three sets of outside lights. Josh arrived as arranged and I used his advice and experience on the best placement of the ceiling lights so that we can use it as a bedroom or an office. The area was sheeted up to contain the dust of overhead drilling and afterwards thoroughly vacuumed and left clean. The outside lights required investigation to establish the existing wiring and working out how to make the adjustment I was after without compromising the flexibility of the existing controls. The work in both areas was completed quickly and efficiently, with minimum disruption, and all the usual off cuts of wire cleared away and the areas left in a clean and tidy state. I have no hesitation in recommending Magnum Electrical - this is the third time I have used them.

Fantastic help to sort out our dysfunctioning electric underfloor heating system; the controls weren't installed properly, and we'd struggled with this for two years.
