Got hold of bens number from a trade site for local workman. He came out and went through the installation I was after to sort out my underfloor heating and to re-wire my kitchen after having it newly installed. Ben was very polite and friendly even suggesting things that would save me money and actually benefit me more in the long run. After work was done, Ben and his team left my property in a tidy manner leaving his number and even popping in a week later to make sure I was happy with the installation. Great service from a professional company. Would highly recommend.

Dune was an absolute star! He offered advice over the phone and then once we realised it was a bigger issue he was straight over and fixed the problem we were having with one of the sockets tripping. Kev did a great job fitting all of the electrics in our small extension. He also gave us best advice and replaced our outdated distribution board. This kept us in line with all of the current regulations and future proofed us for potential electric car charging etc. The new board should also make things more straight forward should we sell our house anytime soon. Kev had great communications throughout, was on time and on budget. No hesitation to recommend. 10/10

Kevin and John have worked on 2 properties I have extended over the last couple of years and on both occasions have gone the extra mile and exceeded expectations. James came over and assessed the work we needed doing, and gave a very reasonable quote as compared to some other local electricians. He also went above and beyond the original ask, and quoted to change our thermostat system over to a Nest, which we asked to add on. The work was carried out efficiently, and he also managed to draft in a plumber at short notice for a small cylinder crisis very effectively as well. James and his team carried out a full project electrical install for us. External and internal , sockets, fuse box as part of a major house renovation. The quality of the work was superb. They are an extremely talented team. Throughout the project they were friendly efficient and knowledgable. The end product is superb.

I asked for some rewiring work to be done and EICR. I was very impressed by the quality of work Jack provided. Both James and Jack listened carefully to their customers and understood their requirements very well. Jack patched up the wall and tidied up after he completed the work very well. We needed our main consumer unit to be upgraded to accommodate some additional electrical circuits for a loft conversion. It was in a small tight corner in a cupboard and clearly a challenging job. Other electricians looked at the job with much teeth sucking and head shaking but Andy from Nicholas Electrical was happy to take on the task and provided a very competitive quote. On the day he was tidy, friendly and respectful of our property whilst performing the work. The job was done in good time to a very high standard. The supporting testing certificates were provided soon after. All in all a faultless job performed by a highly knowledgeable professional who certainly appears to be more interested in exceeding customer expectations than making money. Thoroughly recommended.

This was a tricky installation because it involved replacement of existing garden lights fitted 8 years ago which were faulty. The wiring was buried under the soil now entangled in roots. The guys did an excellent job over 2 days and the lights look amazing and work very easily via an app. The work was completed with minimal disruption to the established garden. I would recommend Nicholas Electrical and would definitely use the company again.

We recently had a Zappi EV Home Charger installed by Andrew. I was expecting this to take a month or more with the approvals required. Not so, it only took a couple of weeks. He was on time for the site visit and the installation day, and the work was very tidy.

Great service & a quick resolution. We discovered that our oven didn’t have the correct socket. Joel came to our rescue & was very friendly and knowledgeable in what needed to be done. He managed to find a way to fix the problem without damaging the walls & cleaned up before he left leaving everything perfect. Very happy with the service.
