Dilwyn was a great help when I really needed it (fuse box tripping for no clear reason). He responded promptly and offered to help over the phone until he could attend (which was almost immediately after he had a cancellation). He explained everything as he went along with just the right tone to make me feel listened to and confident in his work. A perfect balance of friendly and professional. Dilwyn is a very thorough and expert electrician. He has completed several jobs for us over the years and most recently an EICR certificate. Although, this job caused him a headache at times, he never once complained and offered to fit us in to his busy schedule so that we could stick to the deadline we had to work to.
