Norbert was excellent and highly professional. He arrived on time, quickly identified and resolved the issue with our cistern that other plumbers couldn’t fix, and left the room spotless and tidy. Highly recommend.

What outstanding service they provide! I contacted them to check my boiler, which had broken due to an British Gas engineer malfunction. They promptly came to inspect it and restored our heating, which had been out all weekend.By Friday, a new boiler was fitted Their service was exceptional—efficient, professional, and backed by excellent product knowledge. I highly recommend them!

I had an emergency where the boiler was shut off due to the carbon monoxide alarm was triggered. Norbert was able to attend the same day in the evening. He managed to check over the boiler very thoroughly and rest of the system. Was very pleased with the service and going the extra mile to fit us in the same day. I would highly recommend if you have any plumbing or boiler work needed doing.
