Above and beyond communication at all stages from initial call to repair and invoicing. Would not hesitate to use again in future. highly recommend as they also gave me tips for routine maintaince and what to look out for if issues arise in future. I had a boiler problem, previous plumber came up with a heavy bill for boiler repair. Called Dorset plumbing who found the problem ( leaky radiator) not boiler. I've used Dorset Plumbing for a number of years for boiler servicing and gas safety certificates. Communication is alway clear and efficient, tenants are minimally inconvenienced and I'd happily recommend them to all.
