Reviewing our relationship with K&A after just 7 days from initially reaching out via email regarding our eventual purchase. Julia was so prompt returning my emails and it really felt as though she understood our needs, our budget, or keenness to progress with a quick part exchange and there was zero “hard sell” at all. We explained we would be making a 3hr round trip and therefore would need to agree sale terms and part exchange online. Having been pushed into extra products, extended warranty and other bits and pieces by previous sellers in the past, this could not have been more different. Agreed a part X price on vehicle i travelled up in. Our new vehicle was ready for self inspection and was 100% as advertised in every possible way, no gimmicks, no fish eye lens trickery, what i had seen online was a true honesty representation of what i was seeing on the forecourt! Julia processed both V5 log books and setup necessary tax and temporary 5 day driveaway insurance. Our warranty and roadaide assistance was in my inbox before i left the showroom. The firm is a family run business and I found the entire experience, both online and in person exceptional! Would gladly recommend to ANYONE.
