I called Approved to ask if they’d take a look at my car re’ a knocking noise. They said I could bring it straight to them. Shortly after leaving the car I received a text to say they’d found a broken coil spring and gave a very reasonable quote to replace. I received a text when the work was done. All done in one day for a good price and with great comms. Would use again.

Have been with this garage for a number of years but they surpassed their customers service today, they helped my son get his car going this morning but also came out again when we broke down again while we were out (they did say it could happen again battery problem) and got us going again by bringing a new battery for us. Many thanks as always you are the best.

From the moment Chelsea took my phone call, I immediately relaxed. I was so worried about being ripped off, and she put me at ease and was able to fit me in the next day. However, having dropped my car off on the same day, the garage actually completed the work on the same day. I believe they were reasonable and I was really happy with the service I received.
