Had two tyres which needed changing due to a mot failure. They didn't have in stock but ordered on for the following morning, fitted and a great price service. Would use again if ever needed

We dropped in out of the blue with a minor issue with one of our wheels, and despite being busy, they made time to check it out (and fix it) for us. Only took a few minutes, but nevertheless outstanding service that you don't see very often these days.

We have had all of our cars serviced by Andy and the team at Shortfields for well over 10 years. They have always been fantastic, especially when on a couple of occasions we have run into problems prior to holidays when our cars have been key to whole event. I contacted Shortfield having seen they were VW specialists as my Tiguan was having issues with the transmission. They were able to give me an approximate costing pretty quickly, had full understanding of the issue and were able to deal with the warranty company without any issue. The communication throughout was very clear, professional and helpful with clear deadlines and dates on when work could be completed.
