So I’ve used these guys several times now and I’m always amazed by them. I have no affiliation to Top Autos just so you know and I would honestly send anyone to them. Tony is an absolute gentleman, they are reliable, thorough and most importantly HONEST. There are some absolute crooks locally and finding these guys has been a god send. Can’t rate them highly enough, don’t even hesitate to give them a call and get your car perfect again. Brilliant. 5 Stars.

Quoted £99 just for a diagnostic check then parts and labourat Halfords went to Top Auto Aldershot instead Top service and only charged £36 would highly recommend and will use again

I booked for new front brake pads as they are listed on the RAC app. I called before booking to ask if I could wait while the work was being done as public transport is poor and was told that’s ok. I arrived at 08.25 and was greeted, they immediately took my keys and car and all done half an hour later. Very helpful and friendly, I’ll definitely bring my car again.

Very impressed with the service received from AA Autos and Matt when I had a full service done on my car today. Competitive pricing and receives free extras included, free car pick up and drop off to my home and free car wash & hoover. Matt identified a couple of issues and was helpful in communicating those to me including the fact that not all needed to be done now- I was given a quoted price which guaranteed If I decide to have the work done at a later date. I called in just for a quick problem with a warning light sensor in my car. The issue took only a couple of minutes to resolve and the mechanic kindly refused to accept payment which was very kind as I'd had quotes of £20 from other places. Very nice staff on the phone and in person so would highly recommend

I can't recommend this garage enough, If you have an Infiniti they are the only garage I've found who have the software needed to do servicing 💪🙂 you'll find the entrance right alongside Merstham Kebab House. I was looked after by Dan, I had a quote from another garage who wanted to charge me three times the amount and carry out unnecessary works to my vehicle. I had my MOT and a service, the honesty and integrity is 2nd to none here. They were not phased by my unusual make of car (an Infiniti) I'd been turned down at another local garage, nothing seemed to be a problem for them... hence very highly recommend!! 👍🏼😊

Just want to share my experiences here with all the team at Charterhouse Garage. They have been looking after my vehicles for over 20 years and I can honestly say that in all that time, I have never once had an issue in any respect. They are honest, diligent, considerate and go the absolute extra mile to ensure they give you the best service - whilst always being mindful of cost. I have recommended many people to them over the years and would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. There should be a 10* option as far as I and my family are concerned!!

I’ve been using Charterhouse since we moved to the area. Every experience with them has been excellent and prices are more than fair. I wouldn’t let anyone else look after my car now. Here’s an example of how helpful they are: it’s 3.00pm on a Friday and my car won’t start, the battery has gone over Christmas. I’m back in at work on Monday. I phone Charterhouse who sourced a battery, came to collect the car (N.B. I’m very local) and then replaced it. By 4.30pm I had the car back on my drive, ready to go for Monday. And that piece of mind is invaluable. Thanks as always Charterhouse Garage!

Really friendly and professional, the works were reasonably priced, and they even went above and beyond collecting me from my house to retrieve my car as I had no other means. Would absolutely recommend to anyone, and will definitely be using them again.

What a place! I’m new to the area and I knew my car needed a service and a coolant leak looking at. I was booked in for a Wednesday, and then I couldn’t make that due to travel arrangements. One short phone call, I was able to move my booking to an earlier date without hassle. I dropped my car off at 8am Monday morning, and the full service was complete as well as coolant leak fixed by Tuesday evening!! Incredible customer service, with email updates (which were great as meant I didn’t need to keep chasing missed calls like other garages do). A very honest and to the point garage. They have also sorted my noisy windscreen wipers… result! And very reasonably priced too!! I will now be using Charterhouse garage for all my car needs :)

Amazing customer service. I booked an MOT for the same day online and had a phone call within ten minutes to arrange a time. Lee and the team went out of their way to offer support and advice on approaching the dealer to claim back the cost of failed parts. The work was completed quickly, and they even topped up the oil without cost when we realised it was very low. Excellent customer service isn't easy to find anymore, so Jordan’s approach has secured my future business.

I rang jordans after my engine light came on following a fault code id put off investing due to being on maternity leave, I spoke to Lee on the Wednesday who was really helpful and fitted me in on the Friday. My mot was also due so I got this done and the diagnosis and I wasn’t surprised that I needed to get a few things sorted, I got a quote really quickly and I honestly couldn’t fault Lee! He kept me updated with everything, even sending me photos of the new parts fitted, didn’t use any mechanic lingo and just made me feel at ease with it all! My car is running like a dream! Took my car in for MOT today and great service.I was late in dropping my car in as I assumed opening times was 7:30am instead of 7:00am but no problem with the team in Jordan's. To my surprise was called by 9:30am with all done. Will never be going back Halfords, who also look for faults to make money of you. Have now recommended Jordans to many people I know.
