Originally booked my MK7.5 GTI in for a bonnet latch fix and a full service. Unfortunately could not get the bonnet open due to time constraints/me needing the car back same day, but booked the car back in for a week or so later. On return, James was able to fix the bonnet latch and perform a full service in a single day; providing great service at a reasonable price. James also identified some damage to my steering rack that will eventually need replacing - something that Volkswagen themselves failed to identify. This even went unnoticed in my previous MOT: testament to James’ attention to detail. I will definitely be returning in future!

I received excellent service at VDS performance. James is very knowledgeable and did an excellent job fixing the heating in my car. His attention to detail is far better than I’ve received at the main dealerships, having spotted a few mistakes they previously made. Very reasonable pricing too. I will certainly be taking my car back to VDS performance for future servicing and work.

Amazing service from the team at VDS as always. Took my car in for a major service, belts, water pump and occasional issue with a smell of oil. James found some hidden issues regarding an oil leak while carrying out the work (causing the oil smell) and phoned me with a clear and concise description of what needed doing and what he recommended was done along with price options for both, in a friendly and approachable manner. Got the recommended works done and couldn’t be happier all issues resolved and car drives perfect. Won’t take my car anywhere else.
