My car was taken to Silvester's after a hit and run in January. Communication throughout the process was great and the car was repaired quickly after the insurance gave approval. My only minor critique is that I asked for the car seats in the back to be discarded but they were still there when I came to collect my car. This is the only reason I have not given 5 *s

Our car was picked up to be worked on at Silvester crash repair garage on the13th December and we got it back 10th January. (Some people may say it’s a long time but having Christmas and New Year with in this time slot it was quick).To say we are pleased with the service and the work is one thing. From the start of this all we had telephone contact right to the end of the process. Sy and Adam kept us well informed. Thank you both and to all the staff.
