I have just carried out my MOT at Motormech for my Vauxhall Astra and previously also had Motormech resolve some issues I had too. Maybe they could proactively update me a bit more on how my car is doing when in, but other than that, overall my experience so far has been excellent, particularly Tom and their Lead Technician (John?) who take the time to explain things properly. I feel like Motormech are working with me to find the right solutions for my reasonably old car. Thanks team

This garage saved me! Luggage strap got caught in the boot lock and I was unable to drive long distances without releasing the strap. They got the strap without damaging the strap or the boot. Had a great chat with the ladies in the office whilst the mechanic was hard at work. Highly recommend and their help meant I could drive a special person to where they needed to be! Thanks again

I had the best experience with Motormech after a well known company beginning with “H” failed my MOT with explanation of repairs at a very high price and couldn’t fix a blocked windscreen jet. They suggest I went to Motormech to get blockage fixed. Whilst there I showed them the failed MOT. They fixed the blockage in seconds and checked the car. There was no reason for the repairs works. I booked in my second MOT. It passed!!! They did recommend works that needed doing soon. A lovely company especially Mel and I won’t go anywhere else now. Customer service care 💯 and saw how she interacted with each customer. Don’t ever go to “H” garage. Go to Motormech !

My works van was in for a service and MOT this week and Dawn and the team have been fantastic from start to finish. Keeping me up to date with work and when the van was ready. It's a shame my office couldn't act as swiftly as Motormech. 5*!

The staff at MOTORMECH are always extremely polite and helpful over the phone and in person. I Forgot the name of the 2 ladies in reception very friendly and the MANAGER She is so amazing, friendly, helpful, and she always give us a discount, and during urgent She breakdown situation. Willingness accommodate us to help straight away and fix the problem.Also she give us a nice advice Got us back on the road in a week but we understand it’s Holiday season they established the cause of the problems, updated use how much the quote and then carried out the work really Great service also They kept Us well informed throughout.
