I have used RT Mechanics for a number of years now and on every occasion they have been simply brilliant. This week I was stranded when my Golf r packed up, Russell Dan and Mark despite their heavy workload sorted me out within 24 hours!
I brought my V50 in for some overdue maintenance and I ended up paying less than what I'd orginally been quoted. They could have quite easily charged me the full price and I'd have been none the wiser. This shows they're honest and how trustworthy they are, which isn't very common anymore. Hats off to these guys. I won't be taking my car anywhere else now.
My 2003 Volvo V70 had an intermittent fault on the Drivers Information Screen. RCT diagnosed the fault as being on the circuit board in the dashboard and sent it to a specialist to be further diagnosed and if possible repaired. Repair was not possible as a critical part was no longer available. RCT kept me well informed of the progress during the diagnostic period and charged me considerably less than their original estimate.
Great service and reliable work. I have used RT Mechanics to service my Volvo V40 for the past few years. I have total trust and faith in them. They collect my car from home and return. They use genuine Volvo parts, update software. Very pleasant people to deal with. Cheaper than the main dealership.
