Been here a few times after getting recommended by a friend. Couldn't be happy. They're much more fairly priced compared to some other garages in the area. As I'm mechanically minded I'm so what aware of what work is needed. The guys at Jordans Garage are honest and never charge for work that isn't necessarily needed. I've experienced this isn't the case with all garages. Most definitely recommend.

I rang jordans after my engine light came on following a fault code id put off investing due to being on maternity leave, I spoke to Lee on the Wednesday who was really helpful and fitted me in on the Friday. My mot was also due so I got this done and the diagnosis and I wasn’t surprised that I needed to get a few things sorted, I got a quote really quickly and I honestly couldn’t fault Lee! He kept me updated with everything, even sending me photos of the new parts fitted, didn’t use any mechanic lingo and just made me feel at ease with it all! My car is running like a dream! I moved to the area just over a year ago and it’s been so nice to find a garage that will now be my go to! Thanks so much Lee, couldn’t recommend you enough!

Took my car in for MOT today and great service.I was late in dropping my car in as I assumed opening times was 7:30am instead of 7:00am but no problem with the team in Jordan's. To my surprise was called by 9:30am with all done. Will never be going back Halfords, who also look for faults to make money of you. Have now recommended Jordans to many people I know.

Highly recommend Jordans garage to anyone. I am a lone female who had a warning light come up on the dashboard of my BMW X3. Amazing customer service. I booked an MOT for the same day online and had a phone call within ten minutes to arrange a time. Lee and the team went out of their way to offer support and advice on approaching the dealer to claim back the cost of failed parts. The work was completed quickly, and they even topped up the oil without cost when we realised it was very low. Excellent customer service isn't easy to find anymore, so Jordan’s approach has secured my future business.
