Friendly and very professional service. Car went into temperamental phase 4 days before needing to drive to and park at Gatwick for a much needed holiday. Thought we were going to have to drive their with the stress that we might not make it. Couldn’t find any garage that had space to fit us in. Just happened to notice Wcarey and called in on the off chance and they kindly agreed to fit us in to their busy schedule and get the important bits sorted which they did in time to deliver the car back to us within 3 days. Most pleasing that they went above and beyond our expectations.

Fantastic service from start to finish.From the moment I walked in, CJ provided nothing but positivity, even though I felt negative about my Freelander. Dropped her off the day before scheduled, minutes past 9am the next day, CJ called with a full run down with what required replacement, whilst also suggesting some of the work I thought was necessary, in fact wasn’t, saved me some money. CJ and the office staff kept me informed every step of the way, which is a great attribute insofar you feel part of the repair / service process, rather than, a mere punter. Once fettle, CJ called, payment over the phone, with CJ at my door 30 mins later dropping off my now very smooth and quiet Freelander. Not just down to the repairs, but as a result of the inclusive feeling of the process of the repairs, along with the reasonable repair bill, I am now in love with my car. Highly recommend these guys, took my car for an MOT and they helped diagnose a fault on my Landrover. Took the time to research it and call me to discuss before explaining that there was little point continuing with the MOT until the repair was sorted by the dealership. I really appreciated this honest advice and the friendly nature in which it was delivered.
