After seeing the reviews I decided to use this dealership for servicing and recalls instead of using another Mazda dealership few minutes walk from me. My gamble paid off. It’s by far the best dealership I ever used. Very polite, professional and well trained. You don’t find similar treatment even in the high end hospitality sector. Recall done very smoothly. Brought the car back for servicing, it was well serviced and returned clean after servicing.
After being let down by Richmond dealerships, this dealership was closer to my home, does great coffee, great customer service and did my service while I waited. Can’t fault them really. From when I arrived to when I got the car back all good. Even the service wash showed the car had actually been washed unlike previous experiences. Will definitely book again
First time using TW White and sons for my car service. Staff were professional, friendly, helpful and efficient in particular Krystle Boreham and Peter Walpole. Email and phone communication was great from start to finish.
