Amazing service. Quoted £1700 at a 'well known' garage and told I would have to wait for three days whilst they investigated other 'issues' with my car! Phoned Richard, he had it in within the hour and did everything needed for a grand less and the car was ready the next day. Would highly recommend!

Very quick and efficient service, a recovery vehicle was sent out to me within 45 minutes of initially calling up. My vehicle was fixed and ready for collection a day before the estimated completion date. Very reasonable rates, Richards a good guy that will get you good prices on parts and look after you. Very satisfied

I cannot speak too highly of my experience with Peter and Jen at Charlwood. Everything you would wish for in a supportive business partner, helpful, friendly, immensely knowledgeable (can't be overstated) and as cooperative as you could wish for to get the best outcome. My car had been flooded and they absolutely nailed it, in checking and sorting every aspect of the problem, and now its as good as new. A great job! I'll be going back. Thanks guys
