Excellent. Able to start repair work sooner than other garages, essential for us with no public transport. Always efficient. Work completed slightly later than expected due to problem with part but we were kept informed of this. Price was reasonable. Bonus was, car had been cleaned when we collected it. Highly recommended.

They managed to squeeze my repair in last minute and get my car back to me very fast. They diagnosed the issue and let me know how much it'd cost before going ahead and how long it would take and they stuck to it, even did it quicker than they said they would. No wonder they win so many awards. Thanks again !

Nathan and the team have been amazing from start to finish. I went in with a car no other garage would touch and kept being told different problems each time. When I phoned them they booked me in the next day and even waited while my warranty (elsewhere) paid out. They were efficient and found an issue that nobody else could be bothered to spend the time to find and went the extra mile so I had my car back as soon as possible. If I could have given you more I stars I would ! Will definitely be back again !

Needed an alloy wheel repaired. Very efficient service. Staff friendly. Waiting area was setup well. Visitors toilets were very clean. Quite often this aspect of the customer experience is overlooked.!

We stored our campervan here for the second time and are once again very pleased with the service. The site is very secure, all the staff are very friendly and helpful and very knowledgeable (even showing us we had folding mirrors that we weren't aware of 😉😂). Our main contact has been with Amanda who is lovely, friendly and very quick to respond to any communication. All the other members of the team we have spoken with are very courteous and happy to help. We highly recommend CCM as they are friendly, great communicators and very reasonably priced. Thank you.
