Our Q3 had grinding from the rear brakes. We called Gavin at 3pm on Thursday afternoon and he arranged for us to drop the car that evening to be looked at first thing Friday morning. We got a call early Friday morning confirming the rear brakes needed replacing and the work was completed before lunchtime. Fantastic service and will definitely be taking our car there again.

Gavin and his team are highly professional and experts in their field. I had a fault with my VW Golf which three other garages couldn’t accurately diagnose. Gavin understood from the offset what the issue was, and fixed it. It was also cheaper than I had been quoted elsewhere. He was confident in his knowledge which gave me confidence in him. I have now used him for the second time, and again, I am really pleased with the communication, service, and the job he has done. I would highly recommend this garage, especially if you have a tricky situation which no one else seems to be able to deal with.

Very skilled team, told me parts that really badly needed changing and others that were recommended. They do have hire cars whilst in for repair which is excellent. Very professional team and all round lovely guys. Of course there are cheaper garages, but you really pay for the quality you get here!!
