Excellent MOT service and aftercare! Their MOT guy helped me sort the issue of the rust under my car and the guys were able to fit me in a few days later, cleaned up all the rust and treated the underneath of my car! Looks mint now and they're very reasonable too. I've been let down by several other garages too, Halfords and 2 Ford dealerships, but these guys charge what's fair and seem to do great work. I'll be getting my car serviced here from now on. These guys have definitely got their ducks in a row. They even did a few things I didn't even ask them for... Pumped tyres up, put on the new wipers I had in the car too...

I have been going to PTA Shirley for over 30 years. Sean and his team are excellent and always give great customer service. I have valued and continue to value Sean’s advice about my cars over the years. His patience and explanations are much appreciated. They always try and get the car in to be seen even in an emergency which you can’t always get with other garages. I would always recommend PTA Shirley. Been using PTA for a while now for the usual servicing etc but I've just had a car rear washer issue that looked inconsequential at a glance but was actually a major issue. I was really impressed by how they sorted it out - glad I went to them. I'd recommend them.
