As per my experience, they are the best in Services and loyalty. They won't cheat or overcharge you. I booked my BMW 1 Series Full Service at Halfords Redhill and dropped my car at given time. Then same day I got call from Halfords executive and he said that my car doesn't need any service for now as it was not prompting on screen because I did not use much in last 1 year so they ask me to come office to discuss the same. I reached there and they told me about the scenario and offer full refund as service was not required for the car. In today's world, this loyalty comes from this kind of brand only. We might cheat if we book local garage to save some money as they offer some lower price but it can increase when they add few more add on services. Hats off Halfords. I will always prefer you without any second thoughts.

The guys here were super communicative and explained everything I had queries about, in great detail. It was my first time getting a car serviced, along with an MOT, and I would definitely come back here again. Mario always kept me informed of what was going on, whether that was via phone or email. Price wise, I'm not sure they are the cheapest. However, the service and standard of work was great.

Absolutely first class service. We were let down badly with another garage that we had booked our car in for its MOT due to the tester walking out without giving notice. We phoned Halfords on the Wednesday afternoon and they booked us in for the Thursday afternoon. Can't fault the service we received. From the phone booking to the collection of the car after the test everyone we had dealings with were so polite and helpful. Good old fashioned customer service without any shadow of doubt.
