Avari were a great team to work with. We paired with them as a package from our Venue (The Hive), and Upesh has been amazing with helping us build our vision for all wedding events! Avari Events provided the decor for our Mendhi Night, and it was absolutely stunning. The night was so magical and it was better than I had imagined and they truly delivered and helped make the night so special. We received so many compliments on the decor. Rakesh was so lovely to chat to from the first call he took the time to understand my vision and the end result was simply amazing. I would say with any decor company do ensure you work out how much time they would require to set up and take down the decor - as we had to factor in more time than we initially thought. This review is a long time coming and I apologise for not getting to writing this review earlier as I should have!! My husband and I got married in November 2024, and we used Avari events for our sangeet night decor. Where to even begin with all the amazing support and help that I have received from them?! In particular, I would like to give a shout out to Rakesh, who on countless occasions would be prompts at responding to my queries or providing me with useful suggestions when I was explaining my vision to him whether that was via phone calls or emails. He was always kind enough to listen to my thoughts and share his own ideas to help me reach a better resolution. Of all the suppliers we had during our wedding period (although they were all great in their own right) it’s safe to say that Rakesh helped me feel the most confident and supported. I’m so grateful for their service and if there is ever an occasion in which I require decor support then I know exactly who I will be going for! Working with avari events was such a great experience for us planning our wedding reception party. They made the whole evening perfect! We had regular meetings with Upesh who was very knowledgeable and helpful to get us exactly what we needed for our big day! The tips and advice he gave us really helped us to choose our designs and details for the event! He went above and beyond on the day to ensure the whole event ran smoothly and dealt with all venue issues himself to ensure we were not distracted from the big day! Everything we asked for was delivered, they really are an all in one package, lighting, AV, decor, magic mirror, dance floor, smoke machines, pyros, bar you name it they can provide it! Made our planning so much easier to only have to speak with one supplier and get basically the whole event sorted! Anything you need avari events will have it and deliver more than expected!
