We used Xclusive Services for the grooms arrival at my wedding. The flares, dhol, and just the atmosphere Mitesh and Ash created was absolutely on point. They were amazing! Mitesh is just so kind and professional. Even in the lead up to the wedding, he was responsive to all my msgs despite numerous postponements to my wedding because of the pandemic. Him and his team were friendly and even wore appropriate outfits to suit the occasion. Mitesh and Ash on the day turned up early, and really got the crowd hyped up for the grooms arrival. The guests absolutely loved it. They danced all the way. I would use you again and again whenever the opportunity arises. Thank you for being so supportive throughout the pandemic and my wedding day! Amazing experience and highly recommended. The service was booked for my son's 18th Birthday. The driver (Fletch ) arrived on time as requested, at the beginning and end of the event. I am impressed with Luke's politeness and customer service. Safety of boys (over 18) were taken care of, and we didn't had any concerns about it. The day before event, Mitesh message me and update on the timings and ask if there is anything we needed. After the event I was contacted again just to make sure everything was as expected.

Where do I even start with Mitesh and his team! We had Mitesh and his colleague play the Dhol for us for a Groom's entrance at our wedding and it was absolutely amazing! People have said that it was the best entrance they have ever seen and that they will always remember it. Their energy was amazing and really got everyone ready for the wedding ahead. Thank you so much Mitesh for being so supportive throughout the whole process, you have been absolutely brilliant. We got the smoke flares from Mitesh too which made the entrance even more magical. Ive been dealing with Mitesh since last year He was very patient and professional Even though dates kept changing he assured and assisted me with our booking Our bride entrance was a massive success The smoke flares were the best Mitesh was present personally on the day of the wedding , They were very professional and explained all the boys how to use the smoke flares effectively I highly recommend them and their team And will defo use their service again

Even the shyest guest could not resist dancing and taking part. This happy, joyful positive energy stayed with both families and their guests uniting everyone throughout the day.
