From the very beginning it became clear that they were not only doing this because it’s their job but because they genuinely cared about me and Emily (my wife). We didn’t have to worry about one thing, through the whole process we were able to just enjoy our time being engaged as Vanessa took every task into her own hands allowing us to truly cherish our moment in ease knowing, that everything that we wanted was being manifested. There is NOTHING like being worry free when planning a wedding! Both as professionals and as humans it doesn’t get any better than Harness & Co. I met Vanessa a few years ago at a wedding. I noticed how lovely and smooth the day went so decided to follow her business page on Instagram Years later I got engaged and I knew immediately I wanted to use Harness & Co to help me plan our dream day. From our first meeting with Vanessa I knew we'd be in good hands. She has unbelievable knowledge of the Wedding industry and knows all the best suppliers. She teamed us up with people she just knew we would love and would work well within our theme. Vanessa was always there with me every step of the way. We asked her to plan our day and also manage the actual wedding day. Her planning is so precise and incredible. She works so hard to make sure her couples have the best most stress free day. Our wedding took around 9 months to plan and I don't think I could of done it with her. She was my planner but is also now a friend. We had such a laugh, she helped chill me out, made amazing suggestions within our theme and also made sure absolutely everything was perfect All our guests said that they have never been to such a we'll planned and seamless wedding. She took care of everything. Dom, Vanessa's husband also helped on our day with all the logistics and we love him too! Working with Vanessa is a JOY. The first time we worked together a few years back was a revelation, what Vanessa doesn't know about planning, especially for an outdoor wedding, isn't worth knowing. If you are having an at home or outdoor wedding, you NEED her. Having photographed weddings for over ten years now, we always see the utmost professionalism and levels of skill that they have, and always go above and beyond for their clients. From a supplier point of view, Vanessa's planning documents are actually sexy they are so on point, so working alongside them is a breeze. All it took was one phone to Sanj from crystal events and designs, explaining how I needed a balloon delivering to my dad last minute for his birthday. Sanj sorted the printing, placing the money inside, designing the final touches with feathers and tassels at his own initiative. The final result was speechless was so much thought put in, designed AND delivered all in one hour. Absolutely recommend their services, always professional, exceeding customer expectations and most important to me reliable and honest service. Thank you so much, for stepping up to my highly demanding request, totally recommend and will be always my first choice.

Emma made the whole wedding so special, every time I freaked out, just speaking to her clamed me down, she is so brilliantly organized and like the best friend you didn't know you needed just sorting stuff in the background. I can’t recommend the Wedding Arrangers enough. They helped suggest amazing suppliers that made our day, answered questions before we’d thought of them and made the day run so smoothly. Chris’s calm approach to wedding planning made us fee totally at ease, and he recommended some of the most incredible suppliers. Emma waseamazing. My partner and I decided to get married five months after getting engaged, which many people told us was a wild idea. We hit the ground running but realised the dry hire route that we wanted required professional guidance. Along came the Wedding Arrangers. From the initial meet-up with Chris and Emma, they instilled calm and excitement in us that the wedding we were after was possible even with our narrow time frame. Their extensive network of caterers, drink offerings, room decorations and music options brought to life the day we had envisaged but thought improbable. The food and drink throughout the day was beautiful and has had people raving about since. The on the day organisation was fantastic. At all points was either Chris or Emma close by to ensure the day flowed smoothly and all pressure was removed from us. It was our special day and we honestly wouldn't change any of it. Chris at The Wedding Arrangers helped us to organise the best day we could have imagined, simple as that. We had a couple of meetings prior to the day and he made it all happen, completely effortlessly. Honestly the best decision we could have made when it came to planning our wedding day! Also both LaToya and Ajay are fantastic and such lovely people to work with. For us, it felt they listened to everything we said, every aspiration and idea and then they made it happen! Planning When we started to think about planning our wedding we were unsure whether we needed a planner, and after speaking to a couple of wedding planners we were put off by limitations some of them imposed, but then we spoke with LaToya. Following our first call with LaToya our minds completed changed. We spoke frankly, we spoke about budgets / expectations and importantly we spoke about what we want our wedding to be like and not what we wanted it to be like. LaToya understood us from the get go and also her energy and enthusiasm is infectious. When meeting Ajay the first time, we saw the balance in his practical thinking, we knew why they work so well as a team. Re-planning We are very grateful for the wedding they created with us, it was beyond our expectations and looked and felt amazing. Their experience in wedding planning shone through when it came to working with suppliers and also the little details of the day - there are far too many examples to give. Even with the pandemic and several iterations of wedding format, guest numbers, restriction requirements, floor planning, etc, LaToya and Ajay kept us calm and more often knew more about what the wedding restriction guidelines meant before others. Partly because how hands on they are in the wedding sector, championing the suppliers in the sector and the bride/grooms. On the day The day ran so smoothly from our perspective, and that of the guests - it was a dream! That was down to SW Events team being so detailed focused and also being so calm on the day (they were probably running around putting out fires in the background, but for everyone involved and our guests it was a stress free event - our guests have commented positively about pretty much every aspect of the day. Ajay, you almost got a variety show, we think the creativity and vision we created for a seated reception was nothing anyone could have expected and it was such a treat for everyone - this is down to both your creativity but also experience with weddings and venues to pull it off. You knew exactly what would and wouldn't work. LaToya and Ajay As we stated, you two are amazing! Bring it to life put on an amazing event for us. Organised, professional and very friendly. Everything went seamlessly. All the children were so happy with the face painting, bouncy castle , candy floss, pop corn and the delicious slush drinks. Not sure how they kept things flowing but the service was impeccable. I would Highly recommend. Andre was there from the start to organise our event including sourcing the venue to giving advice. We were able to relax. Fantastic company you will not be disappointed.

I contacted Andre 4 days before my mother’s 90th birthday celebration because I realised that we simply didn’t have enough time to get everything done. Best decision ever. What a phenomenal service, particularly on the day, Andre suggested and arranged two floor support ladies, Carol and Natalie - WOW. By the time we arrived at the venue at 10.30am the room was set up.
