Eight weeks later, we had the cabaret wedding party we never knew we always wanted and the response from our guests was fantastic. My partner and I recently got married in London and we hired Dita as our on the day coordinator. Dita made the wedding so much less stressful and she was completely supporting of our quirky ideas and helped us bring them to life. I met Vanessa a few years ago at a wedding. I noticed how lovely and smooth the day went so decided to follow her business page on Instagram Years later I got engaged and I knew immediately I wanted to use Harness & Co to help me plan our dream day. From our first meeting with Vanessa I knew we'd be in good hands. She has unbelievable knowledge of the Wedding industry and knows all the best suppliers. She teamed us up with people she just knew we would love and would work well within our theme. Vanessa was always there with me every step of the way. We asked her to plan our day and also manage the actual wedding day. Her planning is so precise and incredible. She works so hard to make sure her couples have the best most stress free day. Our wedding took around 9 months to plan and I don't think I could of done it with her. She was my planner but is also now a friend. We had such a laugh, she helped chill me out, made amazing suggestions within our theme and also made sure absolutely everything was perfect All our guests said that they have never been to such a we'll planned and seamless wedding. Working with Vanessa is a JOY. The first time we worked together a few years back was a revelation, what Vanessa doesn't know about planning, especially for an outdoor wedding, isn't worth knowing. If you are having an at home or outdoor wedding, you NEED her. Having photographed weddings for over ten years now, we always see the utmost professionalism and levels of skill that they have, and always go above and beyond for their clients. From a supplier point of view, Vanessa's planning documents are actually sexy they are so on point, so working alongside them is a breeze. It has been nothing but AMAZING to work with Vanessa and Dom! From the very beginning it became clear that they were not only doing this because it’s their job but because they genuinely cared about me and Emily (my wife). Penny was a fabulous wedding planner for us. She is perfectionist through and through which really is a great quality in the person you are asking to help organise your wedding! She thought of so many details (big and small) that would never have crossed our minds. Penny came up with some great ideas which went down a storm on the day and was also honest about the things that she didn’t think would work or would need tweaking to work well, which we really valued. She had some great contacts which allowed us to get some things cheaper than we would have been able to source ourselves. On the day, we were able to totally trust that it was all in hand. I know that Penny went above and beyond on the day to ensure everything ran smoothly so that we could relax and our family and friends could too. This also meant we were able to concentrate on the important stuff, like saying ‘I do’ and our guests! Thank you Penny for giving us a day to remember!!

Penny was beyond helpful in helping us plan our wedding and I’m sure nothing would have gone so smoothly without all her help! She is a real perfectionist, incredibly organised and on the day itself was such a useful asset in ensuring that everything went to plan. We were perhaps a little too blasé with expecting the weather to be kind to us and all our supplies to sort out any problems themselves, but Penny ensured that we had back up plans and ideas just in case. Easy weddings UK is incredible! They provided me with a list of amazing wedding venues within my budget along with the prices and wedding packages the venues offer. On top of this, they arrange all your viewings for you so you don't have to spend so much time contacting venues. Aneeza in particular who made all my bookings for me was a godsend! She was beyond helpful, always kept me in the loop, was extremely efficient and had a great relationship with all the venues so made the process really smooth!

At relatively short notice Henry Bonas Ltd organised a fabulous 21st birthday party for my son at a central London venue. Gee organised it with great calm and care. Her experience with all the planning was invaluable and her presence with her colleague on the night meant the whole evening went extremely smoothly. Whilst expensive the final bill did reflect the cost estimates originally mentioned. Everybody enjoyed an evening to remember in a special venue. Having Gee there meant as hosts we didn’t have to worry about logistics at all, instead we could just enjoy the evening. I would highly recommend Henry Bonas!

Outstanding all round. Nobody does it better. Henry, Chloe and the whole team make such an effort to make sure everything is perfect. Their pre-planning is excellent, thoughtful and detailed. They work with a network of high quality suppliers. The whole HB team is deep, expert and incredibly eager to help. But it's their effort on the day that is off the scale. Chloe was ever-present and Henry was the last person to leave our wedding reception, which was described by our guests as somewhere between "amazing" and "the best wedding ever". I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone organizing a big party, wedding or similar.

Wow, what a night! Henry and his team delivered a truly memorable party. The attention to detail was brilliant and Henry really knows his stuff - from all the planning and picking and managing the best suppliers to running the night so it’s a seamless operation. The house looked superb and the garden looked magical. Henry is also an absolute pleasure to deal with and a real gentleman. I’m sure we could probably have had a decent party if we’d used a number of party planners, but it wouldn’t have been anywhere near as brilliant or special. I very much look forward to working together again.

Henry was helped with a number of events from a Christening to a dinner for 40 people. He never needs reminding of anything and can organise the whole event or simply provide staff. He is a delight to deal with and completely reassuring so that you can really enjoy your own event. He is the only person I would turn to when needing a party planned as I know he would remove stress and add a certain something to make it an event to remember.

All it took was one phone to Sanj from crystal events and designs, explaining how I needed a balloon delivering to my dad last minute for his birthday. Sanj sorted the printing, placing the money inside, designing the final touches with feathers and tassels at his own initiative. The final result was speechless was so much thought put in, designed AND delivered all in one hour. We cannot say enough good things about Rebecca, not only is she an absolutely fantastic wedding planner, she is a delight to be around! Little did Rebecca know when she took us on in 2019 she would end up planning three weddings for us (!), first the one that didn't happen due to COVID, then a small intimate wedding with a couple of friends during the pandemic, and finally a big celebration this year. Every detail was beautiful, she is so creative, organised, warm and professional. Nothing was too much trouble - she coordinated the most beautiful flowers and venue as well as creative extras like gift bags and a creche for children, coffee and mimosa bars - even luggage tag favours / place-cards. Sadly some beloved family could not make it at the last minute, and she helped me sort a projector for a speech recording which was so special. Above all, on the day she made everything run so smoothly that we could just relax and have a great time. We already knew we wanted to use 4YaParty for our wedding reception (August 2024), due to them being an eco friendly/sustainable company, before we met Mercedes at a wedding fair. However, Mercedes' friendly and enthusiastic attitude confirmed our choice! Communication, via email, was excellent and viewing the venue with her really helped us to visualise the decorations. The decorations were reasonably priced, especially with a voucher from the wedding fair, and Mercedes even advised we didn't need so many ceiling decorations for the size of the venue - which saved us more money! We managed to catch Mercedes and her team packing up at the end of the evening, to thank them, and were amazed to find out it was her first wedding anniversary!! Planning a wedding is very overwhelming, there are so many things to consider. 4YaParty is the only business you should consider for wedding/event decoration and styling. I’m still lost for words and it’s been over a week. The attention to detail, care and consideration that is given is beyond anything I could have imagined. There comes a point before your wedding when you realise you actually have no idea what everything will really look like in the end. When we had returned from taking photos, we walked in to our reception venue not knowing what to expect. We were simply blown away. It was so unbelievably beautiful, and classic and breathtaking.
