She created the perfect autumnal atmosphere, even placing pumpkins we provided with care and leaving the venue with a beautifully seasonal feel. Truly magical is the only words I can use to describe our wedding decor. I had a vision in mind and put all my trust in "a touch of class". I actually changed venues just so I could use them and I'm so glad I did. From the first message right until the day communication was prompt and informative and the day itself just blew us away ! Our guests commented it was tge most stunning set up they have ever seen and i totally agree. Absolutely perfect in every way !!

The decor was stunning. Everyone complimented the set up of the ceremony room and how lovely the reception tables were. The Photo Booth was a massive hit with everyone. The chocolate foundation was good and the children loved it, as well as the sweet cart. Communication was good and always available for any queries.

We had our wedding here on the 21.08.2024 and it was everything we wanted, a truly magical day! We wanted an intimate day to celebrate our love with only our close friends and family. As soon as we saw this beautiful venue we knew it had to be the place where we say 'I DO'. The whole experience was perfect, Viktorija was fantastic every step of the way. Everyone always talks about how stressful it is planning a wedding, but my experience was the opposite, everything was seamless and stress free. Every element of our wedding day went smoothly, Viktorija coordinated everything so well and dealt with all the set up in the morning so we could just focus on getting ready and enjoying the day. I would highly encourage brides to use the wagon the night before it was such a beautiful experience to share with my bridal party and added to the excitement of the big day. It was comfortable and had all amenities we could have possibly needed. We also had a lovely continental breakfast the next day which was yummy. Also, if you are having guests travelling afar I would highly recommend staying in the manor house the night of the wedding, it added that extra special touch to the day and the breakfast the day after was delicious. This venue is beautiful, And we cannot recommend Parley Manor enough. Thank you, Viktorija and the team, so much for all the hard work you put in to making our day so magical. We were introduced to Parley Manor by attending our god daughter’s wedding. The house and gardens are lovely. Food was tasty and plentiful. For me there were two things that let it down. 1 The proximity to the airport meaning planes were really loud when landing but especially when taking off. This meant we missed some of the vows when a plane took off. 2 Staying in the main house was lovely but the room we were in, Tissy’s Room in the attic was so hot and staff could not be found to ask for a fan or similar to cool the room down. The shared bathroom was a lovely space but after one shower it was like a steam room with no ventilation as the door was a fire door we could not prop it open. The floor was also really squeaky and I worried about waking the children in the room below us.

My husband and I were married at Parley Manor at the end of August over the Bournemouth airshow weekend. We couldn't have had a more perfect day. We first viewed Parley Manor in early 2023 and fell in love with the venue straight away. The gardens are stunning, and as we knew we wanted a summer wedding, this was important to us. It was clear to see so much time and thought goes into the grounds. We went to the open day they held in the spring, which confirmed our choice (especially after trying the pizza straight from their outdoor pizza oven!). Viktorija was fantastic from start to finish; she was extremely patient with us, lovely to deal with, and knowledgeable, and our parents and wedding party thought she was so funny and brought a great energy that kept us all calm in the lead up to our day. Another person who made our day what it was, was David Hopkins, who we hired as our Master of Ceremonies. David, like Viktorija, was worth his weight in gold. We had a call with him in the lead up to the wedding, where he eased any nerves we had and took on the responsibility of the smooth running of the day. He made sure we were where we needed to be, and that we were fed and hydrated throughout the day as it's so easy to get caught up in the excitement! We thought he was fantastic and our guests commented on how great he had been throughout the day too. I stayed in the accommodation the night before which was lovely and had the breakfast box in the morning which was delicious and kept energy levels up. We had the bbq buffet for our wedding breakfast from Merlins and everything was delicious. Guests commented how good everything was and loved having different options available to them. There was something for everyone. The desserts were great too. The pizza as the evening food is an absolute must! It was so good. Ultimately, our day ran extremely smoothly. If anything went wrong, we had absolutely no idea. Viktorija, David and the whole team were seasoned professionals. We wish we could relive the whole day again and again! We'd also recommend getting married over the airshow weekend, it was so fun and brought so much entertainment to all the adults and kids. The whole team, from start to finish, were fantastic, it's left us with memories that will last a lifetime and we couldn't be more grateful. Thank you so much Parley Manor team for the best day.

As soon as me and my now husband saw Parley Manor we knew it was our perfect wedding venue. The day went perfectly, we didn’t have to worry about anything as all the staff made sure we felt at ease throughout the day. The gardens full of flowers were so pretty and the new ceremony marquee was stunning. The Manor House was beautiful and it meant us and our family could stay there the night of our wedding which made it even more special. I also stayed in the Wagon the night before with my bridesmaids which was lovely. We want to say a big thank you to David who was the front of house. He was always around to make sure us and ours guests were happy and had everything we needed. I would recommend Parley Manor to everyone, not only is it beautiful but how organised everything is made the day flow perfectly. Catherine is absolutely amazing and I cannot recommend enough, having her co-ordinate your day. She helped us make sure we had considered everything we needed (things I would never have though of!). She helped make the wedding planning process smooth and liaised with suppliers so everything worked together. She sorted out any issues on the day so the day ran smoothly and we didn't need to worry about a thing- we could relax and enjoy our day.

When my husband and I initially met with Georgia at MatthewOliver Weddings, there was an instant connection. After a few weeks of initial planning, we had some unforseen circumstances arise and had to stop with proceeding on our planning. When we were ready to resume the wedding plans, Georgia was able to work us back into her schedule. We spent the next year and half planning our dream European adventure. Georgia was the perfect planner for us. She took all of our initial requirements (location, airport proximity, historical property, handicap accessibility) and found the perfect venue. Georgia managed every detail and vendor throughout the entire process, culminating in the best weekend of our lives. From sourcing local Flamanco dancers for the welcome party, to scheduling and planning site visits and tastings, to the carefully thoughout stationary, Georgia and the Matthew Oliver team took care of everything to insure that we had the best time with our guests. My Husband and I had a bit of a chaotic start to wedding planning, starting without a wedding planner we booked a venue that fell through and were totally in over our heads. Then my TikTok algorithm presented me with Georgia, and I'm so glad it did. After Georgia scoured three different countries (for months), we then decided to have the wedding five minutes away from our home in Scotland- she didn't show one ounce of frustration. Admittedly, we were worried this was a bit less glamorous than the venues the MO team were used to but Georgia's priority is for her clients to have the wedding that is perfect for them. Georgia was professional, kind and patient through the many, many renditions of our wedding. Not only did she save the day, in the end she planned something that felt so intimate, personal and perfect for us. Georgia worked seamlessly with all of our vendors throughout the planning process, kept us on track with what we needed to be doing and was there to lend an ear if we ever felt overwhelmed. On the weekend of the wedding Georgia and her team (Bertie and Danny) were everywhere at once, they ensured the whole weekend ran exactly to plan. They worked tirelessly, but with smiling faces, they didn't show it. They are all brilliant and there wasn't a single guest who didn't mention how fantastic they were. The ability to plan an event down to such fine detail and yet maintain a sense of complete calm is a skill that should not be undervalued. Because of their close ties with everyone in the industry, we were able to pull off an incredible destination wedding with ease and in budget. We used The Events Co for our wedding at New Barn Farm this summer and could not recommend them enough. Their furniture/crockery hire service was so seamless with delivery the day ahead of when we started set up which gave us plenty of time, the catering was exceptional - they worked with us to create a bespoke BBQ menu and all the guests commented afterwards how great the food was - and the team’s waiting and bar staff were so accommodating and friendly. But Kirsty’s on the day coordination was by far the star of the show and something I would recommend to any couple. Nothing phased her - specific guest requirements, room change overs, even last minute change of plans due to the weather - she made our day run so smoothly and we’ll be forever grateful!

Right from the start Events and Co couldn’t have done more for us. From meeting with Khia when we just needed someone to make us feel calmer to the big details of organising everything. We loved how honest they were with everything about our wedding and bringing out ideas to life. The food on the day was also incredible, with pretty much everyone speaking to us after about how amazing our wedding food was!!! And then our coordinator Kirsty, she honestly made us feel like our wedding was the most important day she had ever been on. As I Arrived she was even carrying my nephew ,who had already taken to her, to pass her to my sister ready to goo down the aisle. She couldn’t have helped more to make sure everything went seamlessly and not just this but throughout the day she was so smooth that she just made everyone fall in love with her and even sent us some pictures and videos the next morning that she’d got for us ! She worked amazingly with all the suppliers and we honestly didn’t have a thing to worry about all day! I couldn’t recommend this company enough and will continue with everyone that I know getting married or married handing an event from health forward. We had the pleasure of working with Kirsty, Khia and the entire team at Events Co. for our wedding, and their contribution was nothing short of extraordinary. From the start, we received the most professional and honest service. We appreciated that nothing was forced on us and we could pick exactly what we needed for our big day. Nothing was too much trouble and whatever we requested along the way was met with a smile and was delivered efficiently. They supported us closely the entire time and helped us with the entire set up of the venue and organised everything to run smoothly the weeks leading up to the wedding. From our first meeting we got the comforting feeling that they genuinely care for each of their clients and understand what you are visioning easily within couple of minutes. We would recommend them to be hired as your wedding coordinators as they are the best in the events field and would give you the personal touch and care that you need especially at some of the most stressful weeks before the big day. We decided to use Events Co for our wedding at Appuldurcombe House after meeting Khia at two Wedding fayre’s at Medina & IOW Pearl. From the very start Khia had the answers in terms of power, toilets, tables, food, decor, staff, a bar and so much more specifically at our venue and had several meetings and phone calls with us over a 22 month period building up to the big day. Consistent calls and emails with Khia and her colleague Kirsty ensured everything we had booked and wanted was ready to go and nothing was ever forced or unreasonable, if anything the opposite. As the wedding approached they really came in to their own, checking on finer details such as what flavour ice creams we preferred on the ice cream bike and the positioning of the burger van (out of a horse box) they had also provided. On the Thursday and Friday like clockwork Khia and the team were there, everything as ordered and being set up exactly how we wanted it, at one point extra staff were there to help set up the tables and decorate, something we didn’t even expect! Every member of the team worked so hard to get our wedding ready and on the day they were great with on the day coordination from Khia themself and the canapés, two course lunch (3 choices for each course) and then our burger and chips van exceeded expectation and got great feedback from our guests! Khia and the team remained on hand all day and eve to ensure rooms were switched round and pudding tables were topped up as well as keeping the guests watered at the bar! Full of good spirits, banter, accommodating our guests needs and having pics with my dad and refusing my mums supply of apple pies she had got reduced the day before! The wedding went perfectly and Events Co made it what it was without doubt! They were legends all of them and a massive part of our day being what it was. Thank you so much Adan & Harriet!

I’m really not sure where to begin with the review. I will start by saying, 5 stars is nowhere near enough for the exceptional service Stacey has provided us since the end of 2022. After getting engaged in Sep 2022, I knew I wanted a wedding planner to help my dream wedding become a reality. My fiancé and I had a few calls with planners, but when I had my call with Stacey, I knew she was the one I needed. We hired Stacey as our full wedding planner and trust me - how worth it Stacey is. Stacey has a fun, charismatic and charming nature which instantly made us feel at ease. My mum and I always love a dance, so the fact Stacey had the ‘Spice Girls’ in her insta bio - we knew she was the one for us. Stacey has worked tirelessly since then, coordinating with suppliers, replying to emails and making my stress melt away as a bride. The thing I find really unique about Stacey is she is genuinely ALWAYS on hand. She is only a message, or phone-call away and will never let you go to bed feeling stressed or upset about the wedding. Stacey has been to venue visits with us, we have had numerous calls and zoom calls with her and the service Stacey has provided is faultless, I have been truly gobsmacked with how efficient Stacey is. Whenever there has been issues, Stacey has dealt with them. Stacey has offered me advice, and I feel as though we have been a dream team together in this wedding. Stacey valued my opinion, but also knew when her professional judgement was best. She understood our needs to a T and recommended suppliers who fitted our vision and budget. The past 18 months has been an easy, fun ride due to Stacey and I feel genuinely said this part of the wedding process has come to an end. I will miss our whatsapps, voice notes and all that happened in between. You are an angel Stacey. Now if we thought the lead up was enough, the on the day service was MIND BLOWING. Stacey and her 2 coordinators, Jess and Kelly made our day memorable and all round perfect. Stacey arrived and came to check on me, she calmed me down and reassured me everything was going well. Stacey and her team took control of everything which meant I could, and also my family/bridesmaids could relax. They set up the card table, easels and most importantly the ceremony room decor which I was most nervous about. They welcomed guests, they moved decor around during the day and the most important job of them all - looked after my handbag!!!! They genuinely made sure all guests had the best day ever and were always on hand to help. Stacey and her team also ensured guests got on the coach safely which was a massive help, as we did not need to worry. Stacey and her team are fab. I cannot even put into words how much we love Stacey. She is a credit to her profession and genuinely, one of the most caring, efficient and lovely people we have ever met. We have already had so many people tell us this was the best wedding they’ve ever been to due to how well-planned it was, and some asking for Staceys number!!!! Staceys biggest achievement here is winning over my Dad! See below: “I know i told you this at the end of the evening, I was sceptical when Jhanvi and George decided to hire a wedding planner. Typical dad..."why do you want to spend that money on something we can do ourselves?" I am also not afraid to say I was wrong!!!!! Hearing about your involvement in the build up to the wedding (early days of venue selection, caterers etc etc right through to the Thursday before - even though it took 2 hours to get to Somerley) and then seeing you and your team in action on the day..........wow, wow, wow. Thank you so so much for helping make the day even more special than it was.
