We’ve been using Donaldson’s vets Sowerby Bridge for over twenty years (from when it’s was previously Prospect Vets), and wouldn’t take our animals anywhere else. The staff are friendly, helpful and when ‘that’ time comes with pets, extremely caring and compassionate. Since Donaldson’s took over the practice, the level of care and personal touch has stayed the same, as many of the staff remained. We’ve also used the Donaldson’s main vet centre in Almondbury, where the service is just as good, despite us not being on first name terms with the staff there. Having our animals insured by Pet Plan takes away much of the stress of ownership as Donaldson’s are happy to deal directly with the insurers, on our behalf, with the bigger bills - of which there have been many over the years! Excellent vets.

Lisa the nurse at Donaldson Vets Sowerby Bridge was outstanding. I needed advice about my 15 year old dog who was dying at home. Even though I wasn't registered with this practice, I just needed guidance and advice from a professional. Lisa without hesitation assisted me and was very knowledgeable and reassuring and gave me the answers I needed to my questions.
