When I originally phoned, I believed I had a serious issue with the guttering and it needed urgent repair. Steve was incredibly quick at coming over and examining the guttering. He found it was simply a blocked down pipe. He cleared it and the issue went away. All throughout he was professional, down-to-earth and didn't try and sell me anything or make the issue out to be worse than it was. I've asked him for some additional work which he's been happy to quote me for. I'll happily use again.
