A fantastic pub and hotel. Staff are lovely, drinks very nice, the room was stunning and loved the decor. Breakfast was also extremely tasty. Would definitely visit again.
Cosiest pub I’ve been to and the ambience there gives a comforting feeling. Sat by the fireplace and that lifted the feeling even more. Not a big menu, but the food was tasty. The loo’s were clean, maybe a bit small. I found it nice that the women’s loo had a basket with practical things such as hairspray. Staff were friendly and the pub was located right on the street so it was easy to find.
A great place to relax, a beautiful building inside and out, built around 1400s. A place full of charm and character. And the mould wine is really tasty. Would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to relax and enjoy a nice evening with friends and family 🫶🫶🫶
The staff here are absolutely amazing and so is the pub! A lovely place with lots of history and the atmosphere never disappoints. The staff, especially Duncan, Luca and Rhi are fabulous and so attentive as are the rest of the staff. I love coming here and it is constantly amazing every single time. Would highly recommend any pizzas here as they are made to order and always perfect. Excellent choice of drinks and the quiz on Mondays hosted by Rory is superb and great for the whole family!
