This Premier Inn is located right next to the Trafford centre and just off the motorway. Couldn't be a better location for transport and access to the motorway. Plenty of on-site parking too. Rooms were clean and tidy if a little dated in areas. But mine was stocked well. Bed is as expected from a Premier Inn and I took advantage of the extra pillows found in the wardrobe. Check in was straight forward and I used the self check-in. I was in my room within minutes. I took advantage of the meal deal during my week stay. This is where my grumble came from. I advised on more than one occasion that I needed to order my starter and main to come together. This really voided the whole point of a starter. But none the less, every meal was great and arrived in decent time. Even when the restaurant was busy. Breakfast was also plentiful and had a great offering. Everyday I asked for a takeaway cup and this was never an issue. Great for jumping on the road. Wifi is free. But connectivity and speed isn't great. Parking. Be sure to put in your registration to avoid a fine. Overall a decent Premier Inn with friendly staff. I'd stay again. They were courteous and had no issues with any of my requests. Well, it's a worth the money paid.

Recently stayed here. Recently refurbished all decor to high standard throughout the hotel. Reception and bar area well played out where you can enjoy a quiet drink. Restaurant also good with a good selection of food and child friendly. Great location as it is a two minute walk to the Trafford centre. Great stay and Christmas shop location.

Not very personal or friendly on arrival, being pushed to use self service and generate your own key card, I prefer a more personal touch from any hotel. The room was fine and there was no noise pollution which was good. Breakfast was ok with the usual offerings, the pushed eggs were cooked perfectly the Tuesday and Wednesday mornings, but Thursday they were overcooked. The evening meal service was good with friendly helpful staff around, I was able to get a table within a reasonable amount of time, the food was generally good. Overall I enjoyed my stay but would prefer a little more personal interaction for the reception.

Everything you would expect from a Premier Inn but more. The lounge/ breakfast area has been laid out and decorated perfectly. The sitting area are comfortable and spacious and there are no echoes so talking is easy and quiet. The staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient. Well done Trafford
