Was treated to Sunday Lunch yesterday and what a fantastic experience. Warm welcome on arrival. I chose Tomato Soup, never tasted any better anywhere. Next I had a Turkey Roast Dinner again non better delicious from first mouthful until the last with good choice of accompaniments. Christmas Pudding and Brandy Sauce on the dessert menu being close to Christmas and again one of the best desserts ever. Staff wonderful, food the best around, lovely atmosphere and decorations really beautiful. Thank you all and thanks to Dave for treating us to this outstanding meal.

First visit with my friend to The Printers and it didn't disappoint. Atmosphere was warm and welcoming and the food was stunning. Portions were very generous and the staff super friendly and accommodating. We had a starter and a main course each with a couple of sparkling waters. Will definitely be returning in the near future. Thank you for a fab meal 😍.

We arrived last for Saddleworth Networking meeting. We were greeted by a lovely lady (Clayton’s sister) and she showed us to the restaurant area where the members were seated. Our first impressions of the pub was how warm and inviting it was. So beautifully done I was really impressed. The festive decorations were gorgeous. We met Clayton who alongside his sister and his team were lovely. I had my young daughter with me and they were all so lovely with her. We enjoyed the nibbles provided by Clayton and his team. Such a warm welcoming atmosphere definitely perfect for long day at work. We will definitely return to dine at the restaurant as a family but will book for our team to attend nearer to Christmas . Thank you so much Clayton and your team we highly recommend your pub/restaurant.

We didn't stay long due to our toddler's bedtime, but had a really nice mid week meal here today. Friendly team found us a table and we were served quickly and well looked after. We particularly enjoyed enjoyed one of the day's specials (ribs), Would happily go back. Car park was a bit icy with the sudden cold weather, would suggest a bit of sand / salt.

My new favourite restaurant/pub What can I say , I was a regular at the old printers but it went downhill and closed I was told new owners in so I left it a few months then went in for our tea Friday afternoon . It’s amazing great welcome from the young staff very friendly and the landlord Clayton came over introduced himself , what a nice chap explained what he was trying to do I said your food will say it all and it did. First of all Inches cider amazing and red wine enjoyed very much . Starters mushroom and Stilton soup I had the gluten free option which they carried onto the mains very impressive. Soup was plentiful , piping hot and full of mushrooms total opposite to a nearby restaurant up the hill ! Mains a rib eye medium rare cooked perfectly thick and succulent. Sauces also top notch . Always attentive staff nearby ensuring all ok again missing from that certain place up the hill in Shaw ! Food wise and staff wise faultless . Clayton has spent a lot on the interior with some lovely touches of architectural antiques being added . Lots of touches even in the gents for you viz fans I’ll leave that to you to discover . In closing very impressive nearby places should be worried as this place will be rammed full if they continue in the same standards . Updated 5/11/2023 Sunday Lunch Served by the very friendly and efficient Charlotte this Sunday Dinner was perfect in every way … I think the words getting out as very busy . 2 large Malbec wine very tasty . Broccoli and Stilton soup here never disappoints with a warm gf roll and butter. Main we chose lamb which was plentiful and tasted like just out of the oven large thick medallions of lamb cooked perfectly pink in the middle. Minted gravy and proper goose fat roasted potatoes with veg separately served in your own metal dish long stemmed broccoli , sued and carrot mash , creamed leaks and cauliflower cheese just perfection . I can honestly say that was the best Sunday Lunch I have ever had along with the excellent eclectic music choice made by Clayton it was a very enjoyable 90 mins or so . Bravo Printers you are upping your already high standards and the other restaurants nearby should be very concerned as they are miles behind WOW Sunday 2/6/24 Sunday Lunch AMAZING ! This place NEVER disappoints Amazing freshness to all food just like it came out of the oven ! First the tomato and basil soup steaming hot fresh with a toasted roll butter amazing so very tasty Then the mains just too good ! Yes too good we eat out a lot but the freshness of the lamb cooked perfectly the veg the sides just so so good . Bravo Clayton and the team 👍🏽💕! 11/8/24 Sunday lunch update Lamb as always perfect . One had turkey and enjoyed very much . Something we don’t ever have is sweet dishes but today tried the apple pie and cream, brownie ice cream and the excellent Pina Collada cheesecake . Top food and service always Plus loving the football nets in the urinals something to aim at ! ⚽️
