We’re regulars at Viet Guy. We adore their variety of Pho and Bun Ca, but as an ice cream enthusiast, I can’t recommend their Fried Ice Cream enough. Once you try it, you’ll be hooked and ordering it every time.
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Viet Guy, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The food was absolutely delicious—packed with authentic flavors, fresh ingredients, and beautifully presented. Every dish we tried was a burst of flavor, and you could really tell the care and attention that went into preparing each one. The service was equally impressive. The staff were warm, friendly, and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive. They really went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. If you’re looking for amazing Vietnamese cuisine paired with top-notch service, Viet Guy is the place to go. I can’t recommend it highly enough! That should highlight both the food and service in a positive, enthusiastic way!
I went here spontaneously and I don’t regret it at all. We came in pretty late, about 9pm and they still served us. I could tell they were going to close soon but we were not made feel rushed. Service was good and the staff were nice and accommodating. The food was incredible and delicious and there was pickled garlic on the table (Recommend) I had the chicken spring rolls with noodles and we also had an appetiser, summer spring rolls. I really recommend them because they are fresh and crunchy, great for hot weather or just in general. I will definitely come back here soon, and again and again!
Amazing food! Great fast service and really accommodating staff!! We’ve been coming here for years! The pickled garlic and the chilli sauce is amazing! One of our favorite restaurants in Manchester!
