We booked CHG Southwest for an oil boiler replacement and some replumbing. Mike and the team were great and did the job very well, quickly, and left the house very tidy too. We would definitely book again and would recommend CHG Southwest to anyone.

Matt arrived exactly on time and was very happy and friendly. He serviced my boiler, topped up on the water to improve pressure and checked the Fernox concentration . He operated efficiently and quickly but spent enough time to do a proper job . Very Happy with this company to continue to do my annual servicing, which they have been doing for the last 5 years.

I could not recommend CHG highly enough on our recent Air Source Heat Pump Installation. From the very first initial contact and survey by Michael right through to the planning and installation by Stuart and the overall supervision and commissioning by Harry, the company were Professional, Smart and a total pleasure to deal with. They took care to ensure everything was planned as required for the property as well as dealing with all the administration details around the BUS Scheme available for ASHP to the room by room heat outputs and Radiator sizing. An overall 5 star experience !!!!

Malcolm has undertaken work for us since we have been living in Dorchester over the last six years. I would not use anyone else. He is extremely reliable and all his work is carried out with the utmost precision and care for detail. Well what can I say, Malcolm was efficient, meticulous, courteous, polite and professional. He kept me fully informed as to when he was able to arrive and in the end arrived ahead of schedule which was brilliant. My old toilet needed to be replaced and Malcolm consulted with me every step of the way before doing anything, so that I was fully aware of the work involved and the potential cost. My old toilet had been installed before the floor tiles had been laid which meant some of the tiles potentially could have cracked as the old toilet base was removed. However Malcolm worked carefully and he successfully removed the toilet base without any tiles cracking. Very impressed! The old toilet base dimensions were unusual but after several phone calls Malcolm managed to source a new toilet which covered the hole left by the old toilet. The new toilet is fitted to such a high standard and looks far better than the one before in both design and quality. It is also fitted correctly on top of the floor tiles. What a huge, huge, huge improvement. I am so pleased to have found a plumber who I can highly recommend and I will definitely be using him again in the future should the need arise. He was prompt to arrive at the prearranged time and conducted the necessary work in a timely and professional manner. He left the respective areas as found. We needed new bathroom sink taps and didn't know where to start. Tap advised on retailers, gave us a link to their site which we explored and we found what we wanted. Tap went and bought them, came to our house and fitted them neatly and left absolutely no mess or rubbish behind. It was as if the fairies had been and all within a fortnight of our first enquiry. Brilliant.

Our boiler stopped working and when I phoned Thomas at Tap he answered immediately and came out within a couple of hours. The spare part was ordered and our boiler was working again the next day. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Very happy with the work that Tap did to repair a leak in a very awkward place recently. They responded really quickly as it was a leak and also kept us informed when they were running slightly late on the day of the repair. I can’t recommend Karl enough, he’s our plumber and we’ve used him on a few occasions now and he’s been absolutely fantastic every time. It seems very hard to find a good tradesman now and Karl is a breath of fresh air, very competent, hard working, excellent time keeping, responds to emergency’s straight away and a truly nice guy. If you’re looking for a plumber/heating engineer please look no further. We will always use Inlet plumbing & heating and feel lucky to have found him.

Kieran was brilliant- punctual, professional, polite, and knowledgeable. Carried out the work we had agreed on, plus went out of his way to help sort out a problem with my kitchen cupboard, which was over and above his remit. I would highly recommend Osprey Plumbing services. The business director and owner, Kieran, is reliable and very approachable. He fitted a new combi-boiler in my house recently and I am so pleased with his work. He is efficient and a very conscientious and neat worker, he cleaned up after himself so well you wouldn’t know we’d had any work done. On top of this, Kieran doesn't charge over-the- top, ridiculous prices. His pricing is reasonable and fair.

I have two jobs carried out by Guy Crabb, can't recommend them highly enough. They reopened an old fire place and installed a log burner. Whenever I drive or walk through Bridport, I always notice a Guy Crabb van. I wanted a number of refurbishments done on my bathroom, en-suite and utility rooms and being fairly new to the area, wondered who to choose. My neighbours were not any help as they all had poor experiences with one man bands or other small firms. So I thought why not try Guy Crabb, they must be doing something right with so many vans. We popped into their showroom on Gore Cross business park last June and left them a list of work to be done and asked for a quote. The very pleasant lady did tell us that they had a huge backlog of work since the pandemic and it might be many weeks before they could visit my home to quote. Well it was October when a very nice man called Mike Smyth visited to quote. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. 2 weeks later we received an itemised quote which we accepted immediately after choosing specific taps, wall panels and a pan at their showroom. It was Jan 23 before they were able to start work and a young man called Shane was assigned to carry out the work. He was very pleasant and friendly but also very professional, methodical and meticulous in his work. It took 3 1/4 days to install 3 shower panels, a new shower, 2 basin taps, 1 utility sink tap and a new loo pan. He did encounter a few issues withe the existing installations but overcame those. The invoice was exactly as per the quote but with the additional components used charged for. All in all, this was great work by a most professional company. Every employee that we either met or spoke to on the phone were friendly, happy and professional. The only downside was the wait until they could do the work. Was it worth the wait? Absolutely 100%.

Just wanted to say thank you to Dave and his team for excellent service. Before Christmas our boiler failed and one of Dave's team was round within the hour as promised. Following that we had an issue with our immersion heater and again Dave was there as promised, even ringing us to advise he would be 15 minutes later than expected. Overall result - new boiler, removal of water tanks and change of some radiators which was started and finished last week. He and his team were friendly, professional and helpful and we'd be more than happy to recommend him.

I originally arranged for David to fit my kitchen worktops in 2012. While he was here, he offered to carry out the plumbing and essentially completed the whole job. He also commissioned the new boiler that had been fitted but not used. The following year I rang him to service the heating system and I've been using him ever since. David is usually available at short notice when necessary and his office back up is excellent, with an annual reminder when work is due. I have no hesitation in recommending David Wells. He's reliable, professional and has become more of a friend than just a tradesman.

Our boiler stopped working about 2 weeks before Christmas, and I contacted Dave at Exo. He came out for a quick assessment before work the next morning, and then continued over the next several days ordering and changing all the relevant parts, even at the weekend! I appreciate this was not normal being pre-christmas chaos, bit I am super appreciative that we had heating and hot water back within a week, and saved us replacing our boiler. Bravo Dave!

Exceptional work! Came to measure up and we discussed our vision for the bathroom and downstairs toilet. They suggested options and gave their experience of different issues and solutions. Jordan and Roy were super friendly when they came to do the work. They were very clean and professional and we were impressed with their eye for detail. One small part came that didn't match the gold trim and they were not happy with fitting it as it wouldn't match so went off and sought a part that would work better with the whole room. We were recommended them by my mother in law who was extremely impressed with their high quality work on her two bathrooms. Highly recommend them for any work you need doing.
