I had been let down by another plumber, and Dan was brilliant at fitting me in at short notice. He’s done a fantastic job, is very straightforward, tidy and efficient. I would definitely recommend and use him again.

Had to call Dan as we suddenly had no water and the plumber we normally use wasn’t available. He called back almost immediately then came round, investigated and sorted the problem really quickly. He’s a really friendly guy and explained what he was doing as he did it so we knew what was happening. Very grateful to him and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him again!!

I phoned Dan on a Saturday when I had a water leak. Due to other commitments he couldn't visit, but he took the time time to talk me through how to fix myself. When I had a separate problem with the loo, he was the first person I called. He came around the same day and did an excellent job. Top bloke!

Superb service from Duncan This morning. Called at 7.30 am after a call from family member with water coming through ceiling and was with us very quickly indeed. I picked Steve because he was top of checkatrade. He is very quick at diagnosing and correcting problems. His charges are fair, transparent and combined with speed, excellent value for money. He is very straight talking and professional. Probably the best plumber I have come across in 25 years. The only problem- he is busy and you have to be prepared to wait for a slot.

Needed washing machine cold water feed repaired and waste pipe moved to accommodate new deeper machine. The engineers, Ben and Connor were very courteous and the workmanship of the highest standard: neatest hole through wall I have ever seen. All tested thoroughly before leaving. Great job, would use Sani Solutions again and highly recommended.

We had a leak on our cylinder that was very dated and Simon was able to come at short notice to check it out and gave us several options for the repair, we decided to upgrade the system which required working in the loft for quite some time. Simon refitted a new cylinder on his time off within a few days, he kept us updated on the progress, he was really helpful and honest about the results we would get in various places in the house. We are very happy with all that has been fitted, there is a huge difference in pressure with our hot water within the whole house and no more noisy pumping system on the first floor, it is above expectations! We hardly knew he was there whilst doing the work. We strongly recommend his services and will definitely contact him again for any future work
