We called at Todd after a leak was discovered, he went out of his way to rearrange his appointments to ensure that he could attend to our emergency call out whilst meeting his commitments the same day. Superb work and excellent value.

I thank my lucky stars I found Todd. The inlet valve on my combi boiler was not switching off. As I am new to the area I now live in, I knew no contractors and had no recommendations. I went to what I thought was a local accredited company for help. They charged me £128 for a call out and diagnostic visit. They then wanted to charge me £155 for a new part, £207 for labour + VAT. In despair at this extortionate sum, I contacted Todd. He visited the next day, unjammed the valve, gave it a squirt of oil and charged me just £80. This is your man. He knows exactly what he is doing and does it quickly and efficiently. His contact number is now permanently in my phone. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Thank you so much, Todd.

Had water leaking through the ceiling. Phoned Todd early on a Saturday Morning and he was with us within minutes. The leek was found to be coming from within a wall and in an awkward position. Although he was limited for time he still ensured that all the necessary work was completed. Cannot fault the service provided. Will definitely recommend and use again in the future.

Todd has come to our home on a number of occasions, to fit a shower, new bathroom, remove old radiators, fit new radiators, leaking taps. We had so many problems with our home through renovations and Todd was fantastic on each occasion, fitting us in last minute to ensure other trades could complete works. He’s always on time , leave the house tidy, friendly with the whole family and his work is 101% every time. I wouldn’t hesitate to keep using him in the future and recommending to friends and family

We needed new bathroom sink taps and didn't know where to start. Tap advised on retailers, gave us a link to their site which we explored and we found what we wanted. Tap went and bought them, came to our house and fitted them neatly and left absolutely no mess or rubbish behind. It was as if the fairies had been and all within a fortnight of our first enquiry. Brilliant.

Very happy with the work that Tap did to repair a leak in a very awkward place recently. They responded really quickly as it was a leak and also kept us informed when they were running slightly late on the day of the repair. I very highly recommend Tap plumbing! I’ve recently had two separate plumbing issues (the joys of moving house include inheriting the previous owners bodge jobs) and TaP have attended in a timely fashion, fixed the problems quickly, professionally and have made sure that everything is 100% secure and sorted before leaving. Never ceases to amaze me how knowledgeable Julian, Ash and Chris on the plumbing counter are. I spend ages looking for solutions to equip our newly constructed small WC compartment and over the counter they come up with a host of reasonably priced solutions almost instantly - comparable to internet prices but without the risk of some of the poor quality goods that you hear nightmare stories about. The showroom looks amazing - wide range of designer and mid-range bathrooms on show in this enormous space - but not what I am looking for today.

After several problems with our old boiler, Wayne came out on the same day to try and diagnose the problem. He then supplied and fitted a new boiler for us as he didnt want to leave us without heating and hot water with a young family. He was very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend him. Exceptional work! Came to measure up and we discussed our vision for the bathroom and downstairs toilet. They suggested options and gave their experience of different issues and solutions. Jordan and Roy were super friendly when they came to do the work. They were very clean and professional and we were impressed with their eye for detail. One small part came that didn't match the gold trim and they were not happy with fitting it as it wouldn't match so went off and sought a part that would work better with the whole room. We were recommended them by my mother in law who was extremely impressed with their high quality work on her two bathrooms. Highly recommend them for any work you need doing.
