Excellent service from MJS plumbing & heating. I had an issue with my LPG boiler. I emailed out of hours, received an appointment time within 2 days. The engineer was on time, polite and friendly. The plumber arrived on time. We had a part fail and we had sent a photo of that part, he arrived with a new one and installed it and checked everything was working before he left. We have used MJS before and are happy to use them in the future. Would recommend them.

Our 20 year old gas boiler was replaced with a new Worcester Bosch unit by MJS. The whole process from quote to installation took just three weeks. We were impressed with the friendly and professional approach throughout and, apart from a minor issue in connecting the programmer to the boiler, the installation went without a hitch. We definitely recommend this company.

Well what can I say, Malcolm was efficient, meticulous, courteous, polite and professional. He kept me fully informed as to when he was able to arrive and in the end arrived ahead of schedule which was brilliant. My old toilet needed to be replaced and Malcolm consulted with me every step of the way before doing anything, so that I was fully aware of the work involved and the potential cost. My old toilet had been installed before the floor tiles had been laid which meant some of the tiles potentially could have cracked as the old toilet base was removed. However Malcolm worked carefully and he successfully removed the toilet base without any tiles cracking. Very impressed! The old toilet base dimensions were unusual but after several phone calls Malcolm managed to source a new toilet which covered the hole left by the old toilet. The new toilet is fitted to such a high standard and looks far better than the one before in both design and quality. It is also fitted correctly on top of the floor tiles. What a huge, huge, huge improvement. I am so pleased to have found a plumber who I can highly recommend and I will definitely be using him again in the future should the need arise. I thoroughly recommend 'The Plumberman'. An efficient, prompt and very friendly service. I had a blocked/leaking bathroom sink waste pipe. I made contact just before the Bank Holiday and Malcolm kept me fully informed as to his availability and arrived exactly when he said he would just days later. Full marks and definately one for my future tradesman list.

I booked my boiler service with Chris (like last year) and asked if he could fit a new tap in my kitchen too. Tap fitted, boiler serviced, fault found and rectified all in the same day. Was hassle free and he didn’t even eat all the biscuits I left out for him. I haven’t had my bill yet but I’m sure it will be reasonable and I will pay it promptly. Thanks to the whole team.

So had my whole bathroom redone by Country Plumbing and really impressed by the service of Daniel and Kelly.. Daniel is so easy to chat to and gets what the customer is after and Kelly equally is excellent at finding the right products to suit and very polite too. Daniels work cant be faulted and his actual skillset is amazing from putting up and repairing my new wall panels to installation of the bath. Really impressed by this Company. Well done. Daniel and Kelly have been of immense assistance to me, with a variety of small but difficult issues and on several occasions . Nothing has been too much trouble for them and response times have been excellent, with Kelly being ace at communication . Daniel has readily called back to make a few adjustments as needed . And all at times to fit in with my work schedule down on the coast . They have also both worked hard to introduce me to other trades which I was having difficulty sourcing to handle some house improvements which required more skill than I could muster . My heating and hot water were kaput. Rang Carters at 1800 Monday evening, hoping to make an appointment for tomorrow. Danny was here 15 minutes later! Found the problem within 5 minutes and fixed it in no time (blockage in the filing loop (both ends!)). Called on Friday to ask advice re a job on our boiler and he popped in the same day to look at it and then quoted a reasonable price by the end of the day.
