Recently heard noises in the loft that sounded like a squirrel was moving around and shredding cardboard to make a nest. I gave North Downs Pest Control a call and Paul was able to come around the next day and set a trap. Somehow the squirrel managed to knock over the trap and set it off without being caught. Paul returned to reset it and the offending squirrel was caught soon after. Paul is a very professional and personable individual who was able to deal with our problem in a prompt and efficient manner. I would have no hesitation in recommending his services.

A professional and rapid response. Turned up exactly on time and was able to deal with a wasp nest in an awkward location. Worth paying for someone who knows what they are doing and has the correct gear to do the job safely.

Some wasps decided to make a home in the fascia boards outside my bedroom window. Called Paul at North downs Pest Control and he was able to come out that afternoon. Prompt, efficient and friendly and the wasp problem has been fixed. Very happy with the service and would happily use again.

Well we actually only had a phone call - but he spent some time explaining why we have a wasp problem and gave some really practical advice which we massively appreciated!

Gavin is very professional, I highly recommend him if you have a wasp or hornet nest that needs to go. Very prompt response, within an hour he had replied and within a matter of days (would have been sooner but I needed him to wait) he came out and treated the nest. I have had excellent service from this company. Technicians & admin staff are very knowledgeable- polite and friendly The service that had until now had been excellent. Wouldn’t use anyone different. I am going to use them to seal my loft so that squirrels and other predators can no longer enter loft area. They have also helped with mouse infestation - nothing us too much trouble

Hired for wasp removal, they were very prompt in responding and came round the next day to do the job. They were very pleasant and talked me through the process and what to expect once the job is done. Given the size of the wasps nest I think we will require another visit and assuming this is done satisfactorily and similarly to the first treatment then I will have no hesitation in upgrading this review to 5 stars!
