Ash went and above beyond to help us each time we have had an issue (once with mice and another with rats). He clearly loves what he does and is interested in getting to the heart of the problem rather than a quick temporary fix. Martin gave me a very personable and professional service today regarding a wasps nest which needed treating. He arrived punctually, is clearly very experienced and dealt with this quickly, calmly and efficiently.
