Piers was amazing from the first phone call. I noticed we had a mouse called him and he was here not long after. Excellent customer service, very professional and very knowledgeable. He could see I was in panic mode and reassured me that it was would be fine. He did a total of 3 visits with the mouse being caught on the second visit. Would happily rate higher if it was an option, he was absolutely brilliant. Worth every penny.

We used New Guard for a mouse problem. Piers was very prompt and knowledgeable and I was very reassured having initially felt quite panicked that we would be infested.
