Had a problem with a nasty little Rat, thought he’d move in and keep warm. I tried with traps and poison but had no luck. Gave DKG a call, they understood the problem straight away, came round promptly and decided on a plan to oust the little sod. After first visit I was assured he’d solve the problem and within a few days I didn’t hear any more scratching and scraping, with 3 visits in total, No more Rat! After an initial appointment hiccup with a no show that was understandable and explained after a few days I am very pleased with the professional engagement and advice. Even offered me a discount but for an understandable problem on their end it didn’t seem fair or right so I said no thank you and paid as I should have.
